Every time I come to this one I'm constantly reminded why this one should have been closed down a long time ago the employees aren't worth half what y'all paying them management is worse half time can't even make a order right other half the time youre waiting an unreasonable amount of time for your food

This Burger King must be cursed. I don't understand but I have a problem every time I go to this one. I don't have a problem with any of the others. I gave the lady the code from my app so that I could earn points, and then use the paper coupon. She said I couldn't do that but she didn't know what she was talking about and...*sigh* I really don't understand. I don't have this problem at the other Burger Kings that I usually go to.

Waited at the first window for 10 minutes to pay, was told I would get a receipt at the second window but didn’t. Got all the way home with my food only to realize they didn’t put the right sandwich inside the wrappers. We ordered the Chessy melts but instead were given what looked like double cheese burgers. We tried calling several times and no one answered the phone. Eventually my husband had to go back out to the restaurant and the gentleman told him that it was the melts they just ran out of the Texas toast buns. Had we known this when we ordered 1. We would have ordered something else and 2. Wouldn’t have had to run out again. The gentleman was very dismissive and seemed unconcerned for his lack of information. We paid close to $30 for basically cheeseburgers with sated onions on it…. This is the third time in just the last few months that this location has messed up our order and shown no remorse for their mistakes. Horrible customer service and service in general… Oh and they had the lobby door locked (at 9pm) so my fiancé had to go all the way through the drive through again, which was backed up, just to be told they switched the buns on them… my husband even told them he drove all the way back out from our house.

I just left there 9:50pm 1/1/2024.. brought two whopper juniors and a drink.. both sandwiches were cold and the bread was hard.. not to mention the drink was straight decarbonated water.. We can't start the year off like this..
