I guess pissing in parking lots has become the new norm. Guy pulls in opens his door and relieves himself 25 steps from a restroom. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.Now mind you, a day care center is on the hill and kids were just outside. I do not know what has gotten into the younger crowd. They have No moral compass.As for Burger King, the food was good, service friendly and wait minimal.

Went through the drive thru, and no one was ahead of me. I had to wait over 15 mins. The customer behind me drove off visibly frustrated. Employees were obviously disorganized as they made another order before mine. Now I remember why I avoid this Burger King.

I went into this store as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order on 8/21/23 around 2:30-3:00 PM. I encountered an older lady with wrinkly skin in her face, and a heavy set guy. Both white.They were both talking to me and telling me they were out of the fountain drink that the customer ordered so I sent a text to the customer to ask what they would like instead. The guy continued to face me and the older woman turned the opposite direction but was standing very close to him. They had been laughing and carrying on when I went in so I took notice when they got quiet while I was texting. So I looked up to see why, and she was whispering to him and making hand gestures to a certain body part MAKING FUN OF ME RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. NOT EVEN ONE FOOT AWAY like I wouldn’t notice or know what she was talking about. I glared at the male employee while watching her to let him know that I was aware of what she was saying before I looked back down at my phone to continue with my customer and he must have warned her that I knew because she stopped. But they were still very quiet compared to when I entered. They knew they messed up. Guilt on their faces. They handed me the drink and I left without speaking a word to either of them.This encounter can likely be seen on your security camera footage if you have them, which I assume you would.I contacted customer support and they were supposed to pass a long my complaint to the GM. I am waiting for a response and I am expecting proper action to be taken with these employees because I have NEVER felt so disrespected and embarrassed in my entire life, especially about an insecurity that I was made fun of for as a child and have since overcome. Being made fun of by a woman who is easily 40 years my senior is ridiculous and tasteless. She acted like a child. I will not hesitate to escalate this situation to social media and beyond until something gets done about it. I would be IMMEDIATELY fired at ALL of the jobs I’ve had in the past if I acted this way to a customer, or ANYONE.

I ordered breakfast this morning - the Jr Breakfast Burrito meal - from the drive thru. The service was quick and I was able to get to work from there in 10 minutes. When I opened my meal the tots were old and cold and the two burritos, although hot, looked as if they had been prepared hours earlier. Went into the trash! Wasted breakfast and its the last time I use this location.... the parking lot NEVER has more than a car or two in it and I was the ONLY person there this morning at the time. At least the coffee was hot.

This location needs some serious customer service training. Went there today to pick up lunch. Person who waited on me at the drive thru never said one word to me. Didn't tell me what was owed, didn't ask whether I wanted ketchup or not and didn't thank me. Not one single word and hardly looked at me. Food is decent, but not great. Go down the road a little and take a lesson from Chick-fil-a.

It seems like this place is always out of milk shakes because they don't want to put the machine together or they're out of some kind of meat if you're looking for a chicken sandwich do not go there because they are out of chicken the inside of the restaurant is usually closed due to a shortage of staff.

I really never leave reviews but felt I needed to today. The young man that took my order and money was very polite and on top of it. He needs a raise for sure. He had a great attitude and was very clear and courteous.
