While the food is decent here, my family and I will not be returning. The customer service is hands down terrible. We spent $90+ earlier this week on 2 entrees and 2 sushi rolls. We had a problem with our order, so I called the next day. The woman I spoke with said she would put a credit down for me just to save my order info and come in whenever. We decided to dine in for dinner 3 days later to use the credit. I spoke with the owner/manager before we even got our drinks and explained the situation. She got very defensive and said she could not find a credit but could see my order in their computer under my phone number. I explained the issues we had to her, she went back and forth to the computer 4 times. She was so loud when trying to talk to us that they whole restaurant could hear the issues we were having. She said there was nothing she could do that “we must have called the wrong place.” She was unwilling to apply a credit of any kind to our bill for any issues. We stayed and ordered (our mistake). When we got our bill at the end we were grossly overcharged for things and told there was nothing they could do. She refused to fix anything on the bill. We were charged $2 for a side of sauce, charged $5 for a can of soda, and charged for an extra plate to share a dish. After this experience, I read through some of the other reviews and it seems the issue is the same in most of them. The owner/management at this establishment. I would not recommend, nor will we be returning.

Used to be great but prices have increased and quality has decreased. Ordered 2 of the drunken noodles and 2 sushi rolls and it was $61. Portions were small for the price and the noodles were overcooked so they had the consistency of mashed potatoes almost. Sushi wasn’t anything special. You’ll get more for your money elsewhere. Beef was tender though and the flavor of the drunken noodles was good.

I have been ordering from this establishment for over two years. I just ordered from them within the last month in a half. I tried to call today to place my order and the guy proceeded to tell me after he reread me my phone number back, that unfortunately he can’t serve me or take my order. Of course this was shocking to me because the way he said it was so unprofessional. I proceeded to ask for what reason and what is the problem. He starts mixing his words up like he couldn’t get it out and then says “well I can’t say let me get my manager”. Of course I agreed because like I stated before me and my family always order from this place and just recently ordered with no issue. So he says to his manager “can I place this order” she says yes and so he gets back on the phone and says well never mind I can take your order. I instantly said “ NO put your manager on the phone because this is crazy and how you handling this is so unprofessional and then for you to continue keep talking and not tell me why you said you couldn’t take my order from the beginning is beyond crazy”. He gets the manager on the line and I proceeded to ask her “Ma’am may I ask what is the problem here, me and my family always order from here with no problem, we just ordered from here a month ago with no problem. Now you telling me where I can’t spend my money and not tell me why”. She begins to say when people place orders here, the waitress have to document under each number that places a take out order. Well it’s showing an order that I ordered in 2023 that I never came to pick up my order. So since that happened they can’t serve me going forward ”. I said well for one I’ve never placed an order with them and never not picked it up and then I just ordered with you all a month ago with no problem and not once did this come up or happen. She proceeds to apologize and stated it must was a mistake and that she can now take my order. I told her “yes please clear whatever that is in your system but no need to take my order because I don’t even feel comfortable with giving you all my money anymore. This was not only embarrassing but unprofessional especially towards a loyal customer”. This place does not have to worry about me or my family eating with them anymore!!

The chicken fried rice was fabulous. The customer service was friendly and my order was ready within 15 minutes of me ordering. I’ll definitely be back!

Each time I come here I am more disappointed. I was greeted by the manager saying, we are not really open yet.... Then why is the door unlocked? Not a very appropriate greeting for a customer...I paid $15 before tax for a meal that wouldn't have filled my 3 year old. The broccoli was so hard I couldn't cut it. The portions of their 'lunch special' are tiny! Server never checked on me after he dropped the food off. The manager asked if my empty water glass needed to be filled.. after my plate was empty. I said no, I'm ready to go. The service was poor, food wasn't good, and the portions were tiny. Take your business elsewhere!! What a waste.

My boyfriend and I placed a to-go order with curbside option, but no one came out while we parked our car in the curbside designated parking spot right front of the restaurant. My boyfriend had to go in and still had to wait to be greeted. They weren’t busy anything so we got a little confused. No apologies from the host or the person who handed out our order. The food was average except the sushi was filled with too much sauce. We couldn’t really taste the actual sushi. Too bad.
