DO NOT ORDER PICK UP OR DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!!!!!! I love Cava so much because the food is really fresh, but this location in particular always messes up my order when I do pick up or deliver, both on the Cava app and through other delivery service apps like Doordash. They never answer the phone and don’t call to tell you they have run out of food items. They just make and pack your food up however they want and basically expect you to eat what they made and not what you ordered. They even had an entire meal missing from one of my delivery orders and when I went to call I couldn’t get through to them for redelivery. If you want to eat here, go inside and watch them make your food. Ridiculous!!!!! They cannot be trusted to give you what you ordered via delivery or pick up. They should get off the apps!

I came into this location as soon I walked up to the counter felt the attitude between the staff it took them a few minutes to help because the staff was going back and forth in front of customers I know the store was about close but it wasn’t good customers service I got food it was made sloppy my pita wrap where ripped like they where old the pita chip where stale they act like when I asked for them was a issue then as side I just wasn’t happy the amount I was charged for 2 pita wrap and 4 sides of pita chips for them to get made sloppy and old pita chips thrown into bag Today was better experience because than my first experience

The food is not the issue, the issue is the inconsistency in pricing and the attitude of the newer staff and them acting like up charging is going to make them get some hours, Specifically this bigger hispanic lady who never has a name tag on or id gladly name drop. I will no longer be coming on her shift and id recommend you dont either. Go to chipotle and get the consistency and customer service you deserve. VERY disappointed!

Food is great if they actually gave you enough to enjoy it. My advice is to LOAD up on toppings bc as of late, ur getting 2 tablespoons of rice and 3 single pieces of chicken. They also need to get their dressing prices together and in my opinion if theres no button to charge the customer then dont charge them. Easily made at home and not worth the hassle wont be returning and don’t recommend.

I've always enjoyed eating here. The food is great. Ordered a bowl for dine in today & the employee didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl with the rice. When I asked for more I was told it would be a charge. Seems silly to pay extra for rice when Chipotle is in the same parking lot and will give you extra rice & beans for the same base price. I'm all for paying up for premium/seasonal ingredients, but not paying up just to have the bottom of my bowl filled with rice. Don't see myself returning to this location when Chipotle offers a much better bang for your buck & is just a few steps away.
