Dear CFA,Let me give you a little advice. You are the first CFA I’ve been to that isn’t doing this. If you have people outside in the drive-thru taking orders, they should tell the customer who to follow in line. That way, we are organized in line based on when the order was input. As it stands, Glenda in the Buick next to me ordered 4 cars behind me, but she ends up ahead of me in the merged line. So now you have one of your employees bringing my food out to me while I’m still stuck in the middle of the drive-thru. I don’t want to sit in the drive-thru with my hot food just chillin in the passenger seat. If you had the line organized based on the when orders were going through, this wouldn’t happen. Please learn some drive-thru management.Sincerely,Annoyed customer

I had take out chicken nuggets yesterday mar.12th 2024 & they didn't taste like the regular chicken nuggets, do you have two different kinds of nuggets or something else with them, but they were very off the regular chicken nuggets ?, did you change your batter or what!!!! Something was off , are their two different ones?????
