I used to talk this place up - However it seems the food has taken a turn down hill. Visited the store and brought three burritos. They tasted quite different than they normally do. Come to find out after dissecting it the cheese had sat out to long and went bad smelled to. Tried to call the store phone was either ignored twice or they were busy.I’d like my 30-40$ I paid back or FRESH editable food.Until this is made right I advise others stay away from here until we can determine if this is going to be an ongoing problem.

The resturant was very dirty including the tables and the kitchen. The kitchen was very unsettling. The chicken tasted very strange. I didn’t not feel safe eating my meal. I will not be returning.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel as a paying customer the business and others deserve to know. I ordered take out and it said it would be ready by 7:10 pm and it was done right on time. Unfortunately, my chips were stale, the question cold, my burrito bowl was missing my corn salsa, the green salsa, AND tomato salsa. The amount of beans, fajita veggies, lettuce and cheese also left a lot to be desired. I was looking forward to chipotle so much as the nearest one to me is this location that is 4 hours from my house so I have not had it in years. I was disappointed to say the least.

I always get a couple of large bags of chips and Pico. I have to say that this is the best Chipotle as far as the Pico! I go to Roanoke every few months and this is a must stop for me everytime!!
