To start the line was a disaster, food everywhere and the grill/prep area was even worse. They had four people working in one small area when it wasn’t even busy yet no one could clean or restock the line? Chicken was 10 different shapes and slimy. The veggies were cut so large I had to chop them up at home plus they weren’t really even cooked. Half of my chips were stale.. Not planning to come back here

Meh. The steak bowl was dry even though it had sour cream and salsa, not sure even how that's possible. Again another restaurant that is overpriced for the quality of product. The steak was rubbery and hard to chew like it had been reheated 10x over. Placed order through the app ahead of time and still had to wait 15mins once I got there. Definitely not worth the money you spend or the aggravation.

The chicken was mushy and had an off taste to it, steak was salty, burnt, and hard. As if the food wasn’t fresh. Now I’m feeling sick after eating it. Will never go here again.

The last two orders, placed over the last month, including 4 meals with chips. 3 of 4 meals were really poor quality. Dry barbacoa, fatty carne asada (liteally cubes of fat). The last meal I ordered barbacoa, but instead got carne asada, with a note on the bowl lid saying "Sorry, out of barbacoa." They never bothered to tell me, they just decided for me.

Store Owner. I have tried to call with no success. I visited the evening of 11/8. You were paying three people. One named Kyle was the only one working. He had to continue asking the woman to ring up our order, every time he completed an item. She was very busy talking to the cook. He was also more interested in talking then working. The food bar was barely stocked as a result. We sat and ate our food. One of the two warm bodies kept wanting to blast their music and Kyle kept having to ask them to turn it off or down. They would laugh and he would have to turn it down/off himself. I would recommend keeping Kyle and finding him some coworkers.

Asked for a quesarito. Was told that they had been trained to do it with a single tortilla which is pretty much a burrito with cheese melted to it. Ok fine they didn't know how to do it, But then to try and charge me an extra $3.50 for a quesarito when all they did was melt the cheese on my burrito. Now I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for the cheese and the tortilla but it's definitely not worth $3.50. Now the cashier did only charge me for a burrito because I didn't know of the changes but still I'm highly disappointed with this and hope that this can be rectified because we love Chipotle but that's ridiculous.
