Worst experience here ever. We won’t be coming back. Not even a spoon full of chicken.. just 4 little bites, we were waiting for them to add more but nope! I politely asked if we could have more chicken (we eat here all the time, and expected more).. and the women making the chicken snapped at us so rudely and said no, then we responded that it was ridiculous, and she said she can up charge us with sass and a hand on her hip. The greed of this business combined with the absolute lack of customer service is going to put this place out. If I were the franchise owner and witnessed this, she would have been walked out the door that moment. You don’t talk to customers like that.

I understand the idea of healthy and clean eating but….. can we at least make it taste good? With my wife being a vegetarian I eat what are considered healthy foods on a regular basis. However, when I eat these foods elsewhere, I don’t get the flavorings of earth in every bite. I had the Korean BBQ bowl and thought the bean sprouts were freshly dug up without being washed. Also, purple rice is over doing it. You could easily use brown rice to at least achieve some decent flavor. I know these issues aren’t limited to just the Roanoke location, but I will not be returning to eat at this franchise. Sometimes it can be TOO healthy.

The drink machines look like they havent been cleaned in years. Service was excellent - quick and friendly. I imagine the horrible growth in those machine are due to understaffing, not the workers themselves.

I love this place… it’s like a wish granted as far as (healthy) fast food goes.

Waited over 20 minutes past time for my order. I was told it was because I'd ordered a smoothie and they got busy. After i had placed my order. AMANDA is the absolute rudest person I've ever talked to and when I told her I'd be leaving appropriate reviews she said "I'm sure" and HUNG UP ON ME. Will never be back. You could give me free food for a year and I'd still never go here again.

First visit and my last.. lunch time arrival and its not busy w/ 1 person ahead of me. Atleast 5 workers and the system does not work.. slow repetitive and how many times/people does it take to order 2 tacos and a smoothie?? After eternity I head outside to sit in the sun but I’m overwhelmed by the smell of vomit..But its not over until I drink my mango smoothie that tastes like Banana, cuz it is!!! Staff tells me they make em all that way… its the ‘thickener’ …and finally my chicken taco has an imperceptible amt of chicken/ taste which they weighed b4 adding to my tortilla…There goes my lunch hr!

While I LOVE the food, the way your treated makes all the difference in the world. The female "Amanda" was extremely rude and hasty. Not one human was in the restaurant and only one person in line behind me. And when I asked "why she never gave me any options for my second bowl" show informed me there were online orders too. Since when did online orders get more important then the human in front of you. WE ALL MATTER, ALL OF US ARE EQUALLY IMPORTANT, AND HOW YOU TREAT THE HUMAN IN FRONT OF YOU MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Horrible experience Horrible human being working at corelife

Always have had a great experience here. Been going for a while now. The bbq bowl is by far the best. Get it! And the teas are really fun.

As a district manager in retail , I’m flabbergasted by my experience here… I ordered a side of Buffalo Mac n cheese… I opened the container to find the food covered in ranch. When I asked the manager(only person in collared shirt) about the ranch they said, “well yea, it’s on the menu.” In looking at the menu, it simply says “your choice of sauce or dressing.” The manager responded to that point by saying, “ it’s on you to tell us your allergies.” I don’t have an allergy but I don’t eat ranch. The manager then made fun of me to the employees and laughed when I asked if he could make another. I left and won’t be back…

Stopped in for lunch, gotta admit I was overwhelmed looking at their menu so I asked the fellow behind the counter what his favorite was. He suggested the budda bowl. I got a side of cashew dressing...OH my word! DELICIOUS!!!! Vegetarian and amazing! I found a new favorite. ?

Love this restaurant for having large portions of DASH compliant meals. One of the few restaurants that specifically caters to it. I get the Southwest Chicken and Purple Rice bowl and will never get tired of the flavors. I would honestly eat this meal everyday for the rest of my life if I could. You can buy bottles of their dressings for around $5 too.If you're not a fan of Chipotle, try this place. Way better for only $1-2 extra.Vegetarian options: Super easy to go veg or vegan here. Any order can be done without meat and the rest is all non animal product. They have multiple non meat protein options.Dietary restrictions: They have meals that specifically cater to a handful of hard-to-make-work diets. I follow the DASH diet and there are a couple options for me.

We were so excited to happen by this restaurant as we were looking for a place to have lunch, so we quickly stopped! We have two CoreLife Restaurants fairly near our house-and they are great for a healthy lunch alternative. This one seemed clean when we walked in at 12:30, and we started our order with no waiting. A young lady started waiting on us, and after a couple items in my bowl a gentleman took her place. No worries-he finished up fine. We chose to sit near the drink area-which was also near the bathrooms. Several guests wanted to use the bathroom which appeared to be "locked" the entire time we sat there-which was probably 30 minutes. When they asked at the cash register they were told that someone was in there. Workers acted very matter of fact when asked by the guest. I have no clue what actually was going on in there-but just as we were leaving a worker finally did come out of the bathroom. We felt super uncomfortable witnessing her come out, and another girl go in and a different girl go into the men's room. Needless to say-we chose not to use the restrooms and stopped at a gas station instead. The food was good-made as we wanted it. It also tasted good-but the scenario while we were eating made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, and we will not return.
