Our pizza was cold and they forgot half our order so we called for a replacement and to receive the rest of our items. The manager yelled at us and told us we were trying to get a free pizza when we were asking for a replacement and for the rest of our items that we already paid for. The fact that the call escalated to a yelling match was absolutely mind blowing. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years and couldn’t imagine acting like that to a customer. We just wanted a warm pizza delivered and instead turned into a nightmare. We still never received half our items and have a cold pizza. But sure we were trying to get a “free pizza”.

Ordered online, said delivered, got nothing. Called and told them that and the manager said the app tells you delivered when the first delivery is made and my pizza was on the way. He's an idiot because it's literally yells you they're making other deliveries. Random house that got my pizza got my number off the box and called to tell me. Called back, on hold 12 minutes manager still tries to tell me my pizza has been delivered, puts me on hold again. I had to drive to the store to get a refund and he didn't have the integrity to admit he was wrong and they delivered my pizza elsewhere, even with the address and name and number of the lady who currently has my food ? Sad I could be on hold 15+ minutes and drive to the store before they can answer the phone and refund my money.

This is the largest Dominos location I have ever seen. Most Dominos look more like hall closets. This one has seating, and even a raised viewing platgorm so small kids can step up and watch pizzas being made.The staff was friendly..the food, well its Dominos it all taste like something trying to pretend to be food, which is on brand for them.The staff was great. I expected to be met with disenfranchised youth who wouldnt aknowledge us with words. However, the cashier was polite carried on a full conversation and even indulgded my son asking 'why is it called Dominos' starting a long conversation with him about board game names.Highly recomend if your looking for cheap, food like products, this is your place.

Ordered on the app for curbside the app wouldn't load, so i went In to the store and food was not ready and was told it would be another 15 minutes because they are busy I went back to my vehicle and asked if they could bring it out or call they said they would. 25 minutes later nothing so I went back inside and had to wait for 5 minutes to even talk to someone and when I got to talk to someone I had to scream at them because they speaker that was blaring so I could barely hear them and I talked to the general manager the 2 time I went in and he didn't do anything about it just said sorry and handed me my food and walked away got home and the pizza wasn't even cut! Will be contacting the headquarters about this store and employees

It’s gotten horrible. It use to be fast and always good. Now it’s take an hour just for carry out and even worse it says 20 mins. Their times aren’t accurate. No one wants to wait an hour for pizza.

Had a pizza delivery to my house and followed it on tracker they said it was delivered but It wasn't I called and they said they left it outside they said they knocked and called ...no knock!!! no call!!!! Our dog didn't even bark so they just put out food on the ground and leftSo we had Ice cold pizza that was on the ground. Thanks
