the service was quick despite the store being busy, but I ordered bagel bites. When I finally got them, they were so burnt. There was no cream cheese inside, and I could not physically bite into them. They were rock hard. Almost like the guy did not know what he was doing.

The service was prompt. The employees weren't rude but didn't have any conversation for the customers. It was all business. Would like to see a little customer interaction. Food and coffee was good. No complaints.
