When I called to order I asked if they did a taco Tuesday special and the guy that answered said Yes so I order 2 hardshell beef for my kid a 2 soft chicken for me and 2 for my wife and not once was I informed that only hardshell tacos were the taco Tuesday special so when I go to pay I'm charged $4 per soft taco and we ordered cheese dip that was $5 and they gave it to me in a tiny little plastic cup with maybe 4 tsp of cheese dip. I only paid for it because my daughter was hungry and it was late. I doubt we will ever try to come back. This makes 3 times now the only 3 times we tried and all 3 times were wrong. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to spend $30 for 6 tacos and enough cheese dip for about 5 chips. I'd rather go to taco Bell.. that's sad.

As a DoorDasher who frequents this location to pick up orders for my JOB, I’m tired of the service here. I am always made to feel like a burden because they simply have to hand me a bag. Today I was ignored FIVE TIMES by multiple individuals. Several of them I said “hey” too and they continued to walk past me. Very rude and unprofessional, and holds me up from doing my job.

Fast, friendly service. Nice generic atmosphere, clean. The good...chips and salsa on the table right away and generous portions, and the lettuce and tomato fresh, not soggy. But... the food was very bland. I don't care for spice, but a little flavor would have been good.

Dang I've been working in Roanoke and I've ate here twice. First day I got my order and food. At least had server come back once. Today they never came back, and I had to get up, walk to the front, and get my own drink. I sat 29 mins after eating and finally someone came to clean off table. They took my money, bill was $13 and change, i gave a $20. I had to ask where my change was. Lol no you're not getting a $7 tip. You earn tips. This was pathetic. I've waited tables and been a bar tender. I always tip, even for bad service. However aside cooking my own food, I waited on myself. Lol. I just couldn't. I definitely will not be back.

Terrible service, waited 15 minutes before Acknowledged by any employee, waited a total of 45 minutes for an order that was placed and hour prior to the pick up time. It wasn't busy what so ever and I counted a total of 10 employees doing everything but caring for customers. If you have no where to be and just want to be avoided at all costs then this is the place for you.
