There are restaurants with cooks in the kitchen and there are restaurants with chefs in the kitchen. After trying the Cauliflower Gobi for the first time, it was clear to me that this place has chefs!!! Great food! Great environment! Great service! ?Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options! Cauliflower Gobi was AMAZING!!!!

Food Hut is the food you never knew you needed.Do you like food? Do you like good food? Do you like classics done with absolute g'damn excellence? Do you like new twists on old favorites? Do you like sandwiches? Do you like chicken and waffles? Do you like donuts? Do you like eggs - I cannot remember the name of the Mexican-ish egg dish they have Sunday mornings, but you don't need to know it because we don't need them selling out faster than they already do. The chefs here are WICKED talented - they know how to flavor even the simplest of dishes to absolute perfection. Oh, the fries are also very legit - which is critical.I've had to tell so many people, "look, I know it's in a little thing that looks a bit like a shack, but just trust me." They are always dubious, but then they try it and swear they've never had "X" (whatever it is they've ordered) better. It honestly doesn't even matter what you order, it's going to be good. The only thing we haven't had (yet) are the pizzas on Mondays, but that's just due to scheduling (and forgetting). I do expect it's fabulous because the bar that Food Hut has is so high, there's no way it's anything else.BTW - aren't we due for a round of chopped cheese sandwiches? C'mon. And I'm still mad we missed the shrimp po boys.
