I took my 3 Grandkids,my mother and my youngest daughter.My Grandkids had never been to an Italian Restaurant before.They love the mozzarella cheese sticks.Jo-Jo,our awesome server was so good with the children.I had leftover s for 3 days.Thank you all behind the scenes that I didn't get your names.We left full and happy on that cold and windy Spring night.

Italian? I’m not so sure. How is it that you make a calzone without ricotta cheese? We’ve ordered pizza here a few times. Everytime without fail we have to put our pizza back in our oven because it comes out soggy and veggies raw. We decided to try something different and order the calzone and chicken parm. It was very clear that the chicken was not fresh, the texture was rubbery and unappetizing. I’ve given them enough chances. Sadly, I think I am done with Franks pizza. I’ve read other reviews from this restaurant, the complaints unfortunately are consistent. I hope they figure it out.

So I just got take out from Franks. I've ordered from here many times before, I live down the street from here. So this has been the worst food from here so far!Usually the pizza is under cooked/soggy and have to put it back in the oven, like most pizza places in Roanoke.Tonight I ordered a calzone and it didn't have ricotta cheese at all. The main ingredient!!!! If you don't know how to make calzones google it, it's not that hard to figure out!My girlfriend got a chicken parm sandwich. It was bland the chicken was old and rubbery seemed to be microwaved. If you can't make quality food quit and close up shop!!! Never again......

Last time I ordered Steak Calzone and it was stuffed full of raw onions and green peppers along with mushrooms. Was really good after I microwaved it. Tonight I had payback for complaining to my daughter. My steak calzone had nothing but steak and cheese. You charge $1 more for extras so am wondering if I get $1 back for each item left off.

I had to ask the cashier 3 times for my sauces. The subs were burnt and not very good. My wife wouldn't even eat hers. Waste of $40!! ?The toasted ravioli was ok & edible.
They never answer the phone and their posted hours are wrong despite being notified by me for a year.

I have always gotten a good amount of food for the price @ Frank's in the past. Just ordered takeout and when I got home realized that they are looking at a $11 salad a different way. I am not pleased and will probably not return.

After a long drive, Frank’s hooked us up with phenomenal meatball and chicken parm subs. The ladies were so helpful and super friendly. An absolutely perfect experience in every aspect. Delicious food, clean establishment and friendly staff — why go anywhere else????

I will never eat there again. The food on the buffet was not good. Not enough variety. The salad bar, if you want to call it that, was so small. Not enough variety. The waitress only came to me one time. Sorry service. It has been a few weeks ago, when I was there. You all need to shut down. Cicis pizza is way better than you all.
