This is the second time in a row that this establishments employees have been quite rude. The first time they wanted to refuse to serve us due to the server wanting to leave early. This time it was an online order of something simple nothing special for them to make. They canceled my order and did not notify me or even attempt to call me and let me know that my order had been canceled. I drove across town passing all the other Frank's locations that I know are great to give them a second chance. Will most likely not return to this location.

Okay review time - me, I worked in NYC for 40 years so I know my pizza. I gotta laugh every time I see NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA - seems most Italian restaurants say that but pizza is terrible. Now Frank's Pizza is different - I really like the plain cheese pizza - crust was crispy, good quality mozzarella cheese - melted perfectly...just enough sauce.

Frank's is a favorite of ours. It doesn't seem to matter what your food mood is, you can always find something at Frank's to satisfy it. From hot and cold subs to calzones, salads or pizza.

This place... so... I'm from down south where we don't have many authentic (people, recipes, etc) restaurants. We have good ones, yes, but Frank's has changed my heart for Italian!It's a WHOA. Decent prices, sweet staff and exceptional food.
