We used to love this place but it has really gone downhill. Our first bad experience was last fall when we ordered a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza to go. When we got home and opened the box it was a plain cheese pizza. When we called the store the girl said too bad, that we should check the pizza before we leave the store next time.Now tonight we ordered a 14" sausage and pepperoni pizza to go. We knew this time to check the box before leaving the store, and low and behold there was a 18" pizza crammed into a medium pizza box all folded up on the sides to make it fit. This is where the lying began. I told the cashier they made a mistake because we ordered a 14" pizza and she stood right there and told me that was a 14" pizza. I told her to measure it. It doesn't even fit in the box. Then she tried telling me that sometimes the cook makes them bigger than they should be. What kind of business model is that??? And why cram it into a smaller box then?It was so obvious they had made a mistake and had a leftover 18" sausage and pepperoni pizza hanging around and were just waiting for someone to order the same 18" pizza. When the best they could find was someone who ordered a 14", they tried to pass it off by cramming it into a 14" box. I guess they weren't counting on us opening the box before we left. What liars! And what tight wads that won't throw away a pizza when they make a mistake. Instead they try to pass it off to some unsuspecting customer. It was obvious when we got the pizza home it had been on the warmer for nearly an hour. The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Why doesn't the ownership take some pride in their food instead of pinching pennies to make a quick buck? Never going back ever again. Two strikes and you're out!!!

We came in tonight for 2 pizzas and sat down with 6 people. We waited almost an hour for our pizza while we watched people that came in after us get their spaghetti and calzones and subs. By the time they were finishing their food ours finally came out as they boxed up their left overs. Half way through the waiting time we asked if it was coming out soon cause the other people had their food already. We were told that the Doordash orders came first. So basically this review is just to tell people that if you receive doordash keep ordering from here. But if you want to go sit down and eat at the restaurant just go somewhere else unless you want to wait an hour.

We were the only ones that were in the restaurant. I have not been to Frank’s in awhile so I figured I’d stop by. I bought a vegetable calzone. It was tasty other than the crust was a bit dry and a bit over brown for my liking. Staff was very nice.
The staff are super nice and professional I love the pizza subs and salads, however the one issue I have is that they wrap their chicken tenders and french fries in tin foil when they're done cooking, it always makes them soggy. If they could change that one thing it would be amazing!

Pros: Let me start by saying Restaurant was clean and service was excellent.Cons: I got a small chicken BBQ pizza, my spouse got the a chicken Philly. Left feeling, "what a waste of my money" Food was mediocre at best and waaaayyy over priced. 2 people = $48 which included an 18% tip.

My favorite local pizza place. Staff is always friendly & food is always delicious.
ROACHES!!! Staff didn’t even care and still left with a $50 bill. Broad daylight and roaches were on the walls!
