We are visiting from SoCal for an Ironman race and stopped in looking for some good Italian food. We were not disappointed...the food is amazing and authentic! The pizza and pasta dishes are over the top! So good that we went back for a second night. Jordan and Britney made us feel completely welcome and at home. It's definitely a must visit.

Ordered from here multiple times and every single time has been a HUGE disappointment. One time I ordered two meatball subs and got two Italian subs and they never refunded it. How do you screw that up and I understand mistakes happen but at least take accountability. They are never on time the good shows up late and cold and every single staff person I've talked to there has been so rude when I tried to get my money back. Wish I could give zero stars.

Franks is always a great place to go. Food is always fresh and the staff is always happy to see you. I promise you won't leave hungry...The pizza reminds me of home up north in Penn and NJ. I have been to Many franks in the area and I am not sure if they are the same ones but they are all very good

Staying in Roanoke and going to VA Tech game tomorrow. My son and I stopped to get food to go for dinner. Calzone was great! Garlic Wings were fantastic! Sampler Platter was outstanding. Great prices and very friendly staff. Thank You!

We were staying st the Hyatt overnight, and the desk clerk recommended Frank’s for pizza. We ordered it online, and the confirmation indicated it would be delivered in an hour. Imagine our surprise when it arrived in less than 30 minutes. It was tasty, and the crust had that nice, chewy and doughy flavor and texture. Wish they had grilled chicken as an option for create your own pizzas.

Dead tired after hours of airport delays we got menu from front desk. Order a medium pizza with 3 toppings. Extra sauce. Now if you delivering to hotel maybe you have no paper plates but at LEAST bring napkins. NOT!! Pizza was 25$ after reasonable tip. Horrible no hardly any sauce, Sparse toppings with that awful thick doughy huge sides crust. Maybe eat in OK but worst delivery ever. You have been warned.

Excellent pizza and subs! Eggplant and sauce homemade and delicious! Service is great and it’s a friendly place. Pizza has a great crust and sauce is terrific. Easy access off Interstate 81 for a pie on the road!!!
To my disappointment not much flavor or variety in cooking spices. It all tasted about the same. Hope they improve.

Frank's is pushing delivery but apparently accepting zero accountability for the results. Ordered my elderly mother a Sunday dinner and arranged delivery through door dash. Driver or restaurant combined orders and took the first to Daleville (my mother lives in Raleigh Court area, exact opposite direction). At an hour and 15 minutes after he picked up order with his car in Daleville for over 20 minutes, I cancelled through DoorDash. When I initially called the manager at Frank's, she was very abrupt and quick with a "not our problem" response. I understand the limited control they have over DoorDash drivers, but, for a restaurant trying to survive on deliveries during a pandemic and also one who received over 2/3 of the proceeds from the transaction, completely refusing any accountability (again, with attitude) is complete crap. I guess they showed me. I may not use DoorDash again, but guess what else won't be my problem? Spending money at Frank's. I'll wait until Mondays when Montano's is open. Better quality food anyway.

Ordered delivery to my hotel from here, I got the spaghetti marinara which came with a fresh little salad and yummy garlic bread. It was delivered quickly and still hot, and it was definitely a treat after days of drive-thru on the road coming from California! Also the delivery guy was super sweet and wearing a mask. Thanks guys!
