Went by the Hardee's on Orange Ave. There was 1 car that had just ordered and pulled up when I pulled in. Placed my order, Frisco Burger Combo, small, with diet coke. Sat for 10 mins waiting in drive thru. The car in front of me was asked to pull forward to wait. I was given my order and drove away.The diet coke was almost pure soda water, no flavor. The fries were literally COLD to the touch and soft, like that had just been thawed out and put in the fry box, the burger patty wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese and the bacon was BLACK.$11 COMPLETELY WASTED! I'm sorry, but if I'm paying that much for a SMALL sized combo, I'd at least like my food edible and to be able to drink my drink. I literally threw the entire combo away. DISGUSTING!And for me to actually leave a review...it has to be BAD because I never leave bad reviews, I've worked in the food industry myself and know that sometimes things happen. But this is RIDICULOUS! There was an issue with every single aspect of this meal.

I eat out 2-3 times a week for lunch. I like your chicken. When I buy the tenders and then ask for dipping sauce and they say they have to charge me, I get mad, for the next month I will bypass Hardee’s. Guess it’s your choice but I doubt I am alone.Parking: 460

The chicken was nasty, probably the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. I don't know if it was just a bad batch of chicken or what? One might as well of still had feathers and the other was mushy and I'm not even 100% sure it was cooked completely, not even edible and slimy. The chocolate shakes were more like chocolate milk. The young man that brought the food out was nice enough but the woman who took my order was clearly not happy someone was actually there to order food. Sad that I dropped 55 dollars at a fast food resturant just to be treated like trash and served trash. YOU SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN!

ZERO STARS!!! MY WIFE WAS TOLD SHE HAD TO ORDER SOMETHING "FIRST" "BEFORE" SHE COULD HAVE THE CIDE TO UNLOCK THE WOMAN'S BATHROOM. MY WIFE IS A 50 YEAR OLD CANCER PATIENT THAT IS ON LASIX FOR CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE WHICH MAKES HER HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM URGENTLY TO URINATE DUE TO THE DIURETIC MEDICATION. SHE BARELY MADE IT INSIDE! SO, WE HAD TO COME BACK OUTSIDE AND LEAVE BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT HOLD IT LONG ENOUGH TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE AND ORDER THE FOOD THEN ABANDON THE FOOD TO GO USE THE BATHROOM AND WASH HER HANDS. "PURCHASE BEFORE YOU PEE POLICY"! SHAME ON YOU HARDEE'S ON 9TH STREET IN ROANOKE, VIRGINIA!!! WE WON'T BE BACK AND A LOT OF OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WON'T BE BACK EITHER.

Just left the drive-thru and the woman was very unpleasant. Apparently Hardee's is out of ice cream to make milkshakes. No wonder it's always no cars in the parking lot. Wondering if that's the truth or they just didn't want to make the shakes. Do better Hardee's.

I ordered the big hot ham and cheese meal and extra big ham and cheese .well let me tell you as a regular big ham and cheese person they are usually the bomb, they are juicy every bite to the last, but this time they were very dry and I think they forgot that I upgraded my meal to a large and they gave me a small fry instead of a large. So it was disappointing to say the least .
So happy they have breakfast until 12 now I get it at least twice a week

I've been using the drive-thru here lately and grateful that my truck barely clears the height restrictions of 9'6". The young lady at the window "Faye" is a serious breath of fresh air! Oh my gosh!. She has lifted my spirit and sent me away giggling with her corny jokes and sweet attitude. I'm so glad she works there, and hope she stays. . .on a selfish note. ?.
