I'm so glad to know that it wasn't necessarily me that deserved the treatment I received at this Hardee's. Being a doordash person, I understand the confusion and am usually laughing about it with the person behind the counter. I don't know whether this person was having a bad day or just decided it was ok not like me. This person, who hadn't been in the conversation, decided to come around from the back and tell me I was on my phone and being rude. I told her I was a doordash person and had to have my phone and she told me that she wouldn't give me my order. Wow..There's other jobs out there, if you're that unhappy get another job...they're giving out jobs EVERYWHERE

Worst customer service ever. I called about being over charged and the staff was so argumentative and rude. I called regarding the error and they told me to return to their location to get a refund and hung up on me. When I arrived and asked why I was hung up on they doubled down and further antagonized me and placed the blame on me. I didn’t not receive what I was overcharged for and I’m not sure how they managed to not take accountability for their error. I will never order here again because it took everything in me to keep my composure.

Found foreign substance in my gravy. Showed it to counter person and offered refund. Told her to just make another one. Opened the container and had very little gravy on biscuits. Mage told me only one scoop of gravy. Ask for refund and was ignored. The Hispanic cook offered to make things right the mgr told her to do what job and ignore me. After the people I was with finished there meal the mgr ask for my receipt. I told her that I did not have it and pointed to the woman that took my money. She said no receipt no refund. I told her it might be in the trash can that employee thru the gravy. In a smart answer she said that all you need to say. She then told me to never come back. I guess Hardee’s policy is that if you disagree they ban you. My group have been eating there 2 day a week for the past 13 years. What happened to the customer is always right. Shame on you Hardee’s

This Hardee's is open on & off. They close sometimes at 3 pm or 9 pm. Their Coke is usually flat & their burgers have lost their tastiness. Staff seems to hate it there, not very friendly at all.

The bathroom was filthy. The toilet was running non-stop, wasting a ton of water. I tried to tell someone; however, I stood at the register for about five minutes. No one ever came to the front or spoke to me at all. They weren't even busy. I was the only customer inside, and there was only one car in the drive-thru. I guess I will spend my money somewhere else.
