The hashbrowns were brown but not completely cooked. I asked for the Manager and Monique the so-called Manager gave me a second helping of the sa.e uncooked tater tots and she claimed that is the way they're supposed to be! New grease was her excuse. She refused to fix fresh tater tots and / or make it right.I despise poor customer service!!!

Mangement is rude. Nobody seems to be doing their job other than the guy that has gauges, hence he’s pretty cute, but seriously everybody was outside smoking cigarettes while he was the one running everything. Turns out he they won’t promote him but mangement themselves even have a pretty bad mouth, I’ve been here off and on for years. It seems to be trend.

Witnessed customers insult, threaten, and throw things at these hard workers. All they are trying to do is work.. and you KNOW THEY DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH FOR ALL THAT. RESPECT THESE FAST FOOD WORKERS!! The young man in the drive thru with the 666 tattoo was the most respectful person I have ever met and personally went back to make our food because he wanted to make sure it was fresh and hot

Bathroom was a total disaster dirty, no tissue hair all in sink & clothes hanging in stall. Microwave was broken so I couldn't get whst I ordered. Replacement sandwich was made wrong. Drink machines was leaking in the floor. Two girls in front was working hard trying to correct my order thst took 17 mins to complete. Never plan on ever returning to this establishment.

My first time at this location and unless I'm starving and it is the only place open it will be my last. Waited at least 7 minutes inside before my order was taken. Had one trained person and one person from what I heard was her first breakfast shift. The trained person took my order. She rang up 73.20 for a 2 for $5 gravy biscuit and sausage and egg biscuit with a sweet tea. I know she accidentally hit a zero, but that's how the order started. She immediately handed me my cup which was great. She then proceeded to take the next person's order. I filled my cup with tea and walked back to the counter. As I stood patiently waiting for my food, I observed both of the front line workers filling drive through orders but not mine and by now four other customers standing behind me. After twelve minutes patiently waiting for my order, I finally had enough and asked the "new" employee where my order was. She had to ask me what I ordered because she had pulled my order ticket plus three others from the staging clip and discarded them in the trash. She did that after asking the "trained" employee, who was still working the drive through, and was told to throw them away. The "trained" employee NEVER asked me or anyone else why we were still standing at the counter after 15 minutes from placing our orders. After I received my food, which was packaged in wrong containers (I say that because it was not packaged the way every other Hardee's location i have patronized does it) I went and sat at a table. Well my order was wrong and by that time I was so upset I threw it in the trash and left. There was still people standing at the counter waiting for their food. Terrible service, terrible food (what I tasted before I threw it away) and your store was filthy. It was a beautiful morning until I walked in your store.

This is the second time I have been to this Hardee's. The fries are hot, burgers are delicious and the staff is very friendly! The lady in the drive thru tonight and last night is very nice! It's not everyday you get good service from fast food restaurants. A simple "you're welcome" goes a long way in my book! ?? Way to go guys !!
I was so sick and these people were extremely helpful. Thanks guys, I'm coming to get my car now. I appreciate you not having it towed.

While waiting for our food outside, in the drive through the staff member handed our food to someone else in their car, took it from them after being told it wasnt that cars, then handed it to us. After the previous customer messed with the bag and potentially the food. When my GF went in to ask for our food the staff member said they didn't do that and that we weren't missing part of the two meals we ordered and were charged for. We were just missing a fry, then they called my gf sir. We didn't mind waiting but that was extremely unsanitary.
