I ordered thru GrubHub. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps, french toast stick, biscuit and gravy with egg.We got bacon wraps, the toast sticks were way overcooked, and no syrup. I asked for 1 extra syrup by the way.Very disappointed.

I had very rude service here. The woman had an attitude and after waiting almost 12 minutes for my food she just laid the bag on the counter no sorry for your wait or nothing then on top of that cold fries!!

I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders combo. The chicken was old hard and not edible the fries were very cold. I returned the order and the manager was very standoffish and got an attitude as if I wasn’t a paying customer. I had to remind her that I’m a paying customer and she should’ve been more accommodating than treating as if I was asking for something for free. There is a lack of standards in this Hardee’s. Be careful and check your order cause they will give you anything.

Store management needs fired and replaced. 2 times now I’ve gone to get 2 five piece chicken, tender meals and asked for Ranch and Buffalo for both meals only to get one of each. Buts that’s not the worst part. This last time one Of my meals had three chicken tenders, and then two tiny pieces of a tender to act as the 2 full pieces, got a refund through the drive-through bc they have the door lock at 3p, and got no apologies or assurances that this issue would be dealt with. Store manager needs let go

Hardee’s should be embarrassed as a company to have a restaurant like this. We have been there many times because of the closeness to our home, and every time it’s the same thing. One order at a time in the drive-thru and they will not take next order until they have served the food to the car that pulled up, you will wait at least 20-30 minutes every time. The staff at this place all seem to hate their life and in return try and make everyone that frequents the establishment just as miserable as they are. This is not rocket science but I have NEVER once gotten everything I ordered in the bag and when you bring this to the employees attention, they act bothered that you would have the nerve to ask what you’ve paid for. Corporate needs to step in and make some serious changes with this location, or please for the love of god JUST SHUT IT DOWN. The people who work there, managers included should be ashamed of themselves!
