Brenda the GM manager she’s really rude they should demote her so many complaints and she’s still there . My cinnamon was really cold I was missing my pie and a sandwich biscuit I didn’t touch the food she just walked away from me John the breakfast manager he is rude the only one who helped me was Kayla the breakfast manager she took the time to figure out what was the problem and gave me everything fresh thank you Hardee’s should really have more managers like her and i been to that Hardee’s more then once thinking maybe they had a bad day no Managers are just rude!!!

Staff is too busy to take orders at the counter and rude. Also they say they serve breakfast till noon on their sign however they stop way before then. We got there before noon only to be told they were no longer serving breakfast.

Let me start off by saying we come here about every day to get my son's food from here. we have never had any problems what so ever.... BUT today we did. we go to the drive thru and my son orders his food and the first thing the lady said was I didn't get any of that!!! see my son has autism and has a speech delay and his words don't come out has clearly as other people's. so I said his order for her and then went to pull around. as we was coming around the building she was looking as so rudely!! she came to the window and open it I had my card ready and said $4.98 she looked at my funny so I repeated it. she didn't say anything so I said what and she going to start being disrespectful. she said something like she didn't know what we said and I told her my son has autism and she really wasn't trying to hear anything I was saying.. she handed my card back and basically denied service to us because she felt some kind of way! I was in disbelief that any of this was happening because like I said we come here every day for his food. Then this lady is going to open the window back up and say I need to move and she was calling 911.. like what!?!? all of that was unnecessary and really unprofessional. I suggest more training is needed for people like her!! not everyone's voice is as clear and understanding. I would have hated to see how she would have treated someone else that was more delayed then my son.

Waited over 30 minutes for a shake and fries! Drive thru didn’t pull people with large orders! RIDICULOUS!!Drove off because I got sick of
Sad, I used the app and used the check in early so everything would be ready. Waited in the parking lot took a call for 11.32 minutes. Pulled up to the window and waited for 6 minutes not a single person came to the window. Eventually they came over and told me to park at the other side of the store to wait. They do this regularly to falsify metrics. I ended up waiting at the far side door for another 7 minutes.I don't know if it's poor staffing, equipment, or what.
I litterally threw the buger away. It wasn't at all what I ordered. It was cold (I live 5 mins away) and they forgot the fries. Next time I need something fast at 9:15 at night I'll choose the Sheetz across the street. It was gross....

My $3 junior double cheeseburgers weren't nuked enough to melt the fake cheese on them. Seems like the lettuce might have been put on the burger before it got nuked. & they're warm, not hot.
