Don't eat here often but even as crazy as it was downtown with the parade and party's for St. Patty's Day the food was really good the staff has smiles on there faces. I got my food fast as well. I give the staff ? respect. Will definitely be back. So thank you to the staff.

The workers at this location is very rude with poor customer service. I needed to use the restroom before ordering the lady at the counter would not allow me to use the restroom and I’m 5 months pregnant I will never go to another one of these places again!!!!

If you have other sandwich options in the area, I suggest going elsewhere. I’ve ordered delivery from this location several times and each time the order is either missing items or specific orders notes are missed. This most recent order I was missing an item entirely. I called immediately and instead of having the drive return to being the missing item, or offer a refund on the item, the manager only offered to add a credit to my account. That was after mocking the missed notes I brought up regarding my order. Given my experience with this jimmy John’s I don’t plan to ever visit again and use the credit. When you’re in a crunch for a food delivery and pay the delivery fee and tip it’s frustrating for order notes and items in the order to be completely missed when the delivery is less than 2 miles from the store.

4 minutes to walk from my car order and receive my sandwich AND return to my car. Now that is exceptional service
What a mistake getting a sandwich from here. I ordered the Cuban sandwich. Which is ham, pork, and cheese, pickles and mayo. It was only 1 slice of each meat. Heavy on the mayo. Getting a premade sandwich from supermarket would have been better than this. Paid $17 with delivery. What a rip off! I wish I had taken a pic of the sandwich how pathetic the sandwich was.

COUNTRY CLUB W BACON PROVOLONE LETTUCE TOMATO AND EXTRA OIL +VINEGAR + extra onions. Best sub in Roanoke. The food just marinates in your mouth. You’re welcome.
