The food was average for a kfc but when we went through the drive thru my granddaughter likes the chicken legs only and I bought a two piece chicken dinner and asked for the legs only instead of a leg and thigh and she said no. I told her they always have in the past and she just said no. She didn’t give me an explanation of why all of a sudden I couldn’t do it so I went ahead and bought the 2 pc but when I got up there to pay for my meal she wouldn’t say anything to me she grabbed my credit card and just handed me my meal like she was mad at me. There isn’t any good customer service anymore. This lady was older and she should know better but I guess it’s something we are going to have to deal with nowadays.

God awful in every way. Staff are rude and disrespectful. An unwashed band of wannabe gangsters Singing dirty rap lyrics while throwing cold food into boxes. My son's chicken nuggets tasted so strongly of cleaning fluid that I cannot believe it was an accident. Not that strong.
They game me a piece of thigh that they cut in half so I only got that in a baby piece, it was supposed to be original recipe but it had no taste at all and it was tough. Seemed like they were serving the day before chicken and just put it in the and heated them up to serve the guest for today. Just PATHETIC, AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

I never leave reviews, but I wouldn't recommend eating at this location. Placed a order to be told at the window " we only have chicken nuggets" the manager was screaming NOoO!! In the back? So I took a glance through the window an witnessed the woman's shirt had rode above her belly. She was rubbing her stomach across the table where they make all the food. Extremely gross... starting to give up on fast food

Wow KFC has gone down hill. I thought they breaded their own chicken? So why, when I placed a pickup order for 4:45 PM at 1:30 PM, am I being told there is no extra crispy chicken like I ordered? Not to mention the kid up front was on his phone playing videos extremely loud when I walked in (because, of course I was the only person there) and didn’t even notice me until one of the cooks came out to help me. The original recipe chicken tasted like one of those frozen Banquet fried chicken meals. I am SO glad I bought an extra “Large” mashed potato for an extra $4 because a “Large” mashed potato is about 2 servings. Thank god the coleslaw still tasted the same but that’s about the only good thing. I haven’t had KFC in a couple years and now I remember why! $35 for a family meal my a$$?Parking: So much parking available because THERE IS NOBODY THERE ?
