This location is absolutely insane, I don’t blame the employees personally because it seems to be a staffing issue, but after 10 minutes of waiting, they told me it would be another 20 for my meal. Whoever owns this location needs to get this staffing issue fixed because Popeyes is right around the corner.

Ordered my family dinner on 4/6/2024. Completely screwed the order up. Had to go back to get the correct items and wasn't even apologized to for their mistake. Acted like I was a jerk for coming back to get the right sandwich and correct sides. Even had the nerve to request the incorrect items back (hope they didn't pass them off to someone else after we handled them). Will not be going back there. IF YOU DO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I've never left a negative review in my life but was so ticked at how I was treated here we are. The owner of this franchise would be appalled if they were aware of how their employees are treating their customers.

Stopped yesterday at the Roanoke, VA location to bring home lunch after church. We do this periodically and don't think we've ever had as much wrong with our meal as we did yesterday.We got the 8 piece meal. The chicken was overcooked, the slaw was bitter, the biscuits were hard and crumbly and the mashed potatoes were very thick and did not fill the bowl like normal. This meal is supposed to serve 4 people and there was only enough potatoes for 3 small servings at best. We certainly didn't enjoy this meal and I usually love KFC!

I drive a big truck for work and I am well aware that some places have a hard time opening the inside dining area so I look for signs on the door so that I do not waste my time stopping and getting out because I understand that you are understaffed. But I have stopped here 2-3 times the last 6 months with no sign on the door and the doo is locked in the middle of the day. The is unacceptable.

Closed. The doors were locked when I arrived at 6:30pm on a weekday evening. The employees inside who heard and saw me at the door did not respond, seemed busy with drive thru. Too busy to post a sign on the door or a notice on the website about no inside service. Took my business elsewhere.

we went thru the drive thru last night. the gentleman was very nasty and not very very happy. we had gotten two small boxes a two piece and a three piece. mine happened to be the extra crunchy and my fiancé was the original. he happened to eat a wing and a couple bites of his other piece and instantly got profusely sick!!! have called the store and the customer service number and yet has anyone seemed to contact us back!!!! I am extremely upset and angry about this incident because they are negligent to making anything right
