AFTER A VISIT GONE BAD AT ANOTHER LOCATION WHERE WE NORMALLY GET GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE WE ORDER FROM THIS LOACATION. DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE TO PICK UP THE FOOD DRIVE ALL THE WAY HOME TO FIND OUR PIZZA WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH. THE DOUGH IS STILL RAW. THE BREAD STICKS WERE ON THE EDGE OF BEING BURNT. THEY WERE HARD AND HARD TO CHEW. TONIGHT WAS NOT LITTLE CAESARS BEST NIGHT.

I went yesterday 3/21/24 order at 6:03 p.m., ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza and crazy bread. I was STILL waiting at 6:45pm. The cashier Amanda kept apologizing that they were slammed with online orders but I would have thought if you have a lobby FULL with customers waiting on their food some been waiting 30 minutes, I would NOT be working on the online orders I would be getting the in person orders ready and out the door, but that wasn't the case. I will NEVER go back to this location I was about in tears when my husband called (I have that on text). Also, I paid for crazy bread but never got it because it would have been another 3 to 5 minutes, and I was DONE at that point.

Ordered the pretzel crust stuffed pizza through DoorDash. The amount of salt is unreal, and our pizza wasn’t cut at all. ☹️

Honestly, I would assume a lot of stoners work here. you tell them your order at the menu get to the window and they ask you what your order was again. When you ask for cheese sticks and get sticks with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on them definitely not good customer service or listeners. I worked at a pizza place and knew things could get busy but if it wasn't for customers like me you wouldn't have a job.
I waited an HOUR for my food just to get something that looked like a elementary school child made, was VERY disappointed. Also the crazy sauce had such a sour taste you could tell it had sat there for a day or two possibly more it was DISGUSTING!!

Very poorly run location. The wait is always forever. I am not sure why they don’t make pizzas ahead of time. As of 12/17/22 they have no change for customers and no receipts for customers that need them.It’s 3/12/24. I have stopped exactly one time in this location and i walked out because the line was long. Supposedly, this location is under new management but other than having working ac the service is as poor as ever. at this point i am thinking the owner is just a poor operator and cant hire good managers and enough workers because there are other locations in Roanoke that seem to operate fine. Dominoes and papa johns in the area seem to operate well as well.

The new manager, who started running the store Monday, brought me back to Little Caesars. I ordered food from this store during business hours back in January and when I arrived at the store, it was closed. No one helped me after countless calls to corporate. I decided to call today and she picked up and I had the best interaction ever. She was nice, polite and genuinely cared. Hire more people like her. She made the situation right and went the extra mile. This is the only store I will visit for now on.

They corrected the issue so they earned some stars back. They're always slow, and they forget things often. They're short staffed literally every time I enter, and routinely get my order wrong. They need to pay their people more and hire better managers so people want to stay. Other than that glaring issue, for a little ceasers, they're pretty tasty.Parking: It's a small shopping mall so park where you want. If you park facing the street at the end of the lot be prepared to be trapped by oil changers in line for take 5. Or at least be ready for the inevitable 80 point turn required to leave when someone parks behind you.
