We were passing in the area for only the night, and stopped here for dinner. We were immediately seated by a very lively and peppy hostess (I wish I had gotten her name). Lisa, our waitress, took our order, and put it in for us. We waited two hours. In those two hours, we watched a group from the bar get up and leave, not paying for their drinks or food. The bartender walked out after them, confronting them, which caused a scene. She could have gotten herself very hurt.The family behind us left, too. Our food came out right around 9PM, and we had gotten there a little after 7. My boyfriends food was fine - warm and cooked correctly. My steak was cold and over cooked, like rubber, and my potatoes were cold. Lisa was extremely apologetic. She took it off the bill, and gave us a free dessert.On our way out I stopped and let the manager know that Lisa was a wonderful employee, and was the only good thing about our experience. God bless the manager. She was filling in on task force, trying to make things right there. I know task force isn’t easy, so props to her!I would say a quarter of the employees we encountered, were friendly, and had a heart of hospitality. The others were more interested in their phones, and each other. You could kind of see in the kitchen through a frosted window, and it was even visible things were a mess back there.It’s a good thing we live out of town, because we won’t be back. I hope Lisa gets the compensation she deserves for putting up with the madness there.

We went the other day & stood there to be seated over 10 minutes & no one said anything to us.We decided to go back yesterday. We stood there for 7 minutes before being seated or noticed because they were having a "pow-wow" in the back. Someone should be there at all tomes.The lady took us to a bar area booth. As soon as we sat down, the stench of garbage & nasty beer odor was SO overwhelming. My stomach flipped. As we sat there, everything was sticky & smelled horrible. We received our water & tea, then 6 minutes later we received bread. YUCK!!! The tea was stale.As we sat there waiting for the bar tender to take our order, after 20 minutes & watching the bar tender as she was on the phone, then she dropped & broke a bottle of TripleSec & still hadn't taken our order.So we decided to leave. We spoke to a lady & complained to her about what occurred. She responded that she was there from another store about 4 hours away. As we talked to her, she stated that they were "trying to maintain a legacy" & helping out the restaurant. She then wanted me to tell the store manager about our experience. As we explained the situation, he stated he would get the bar wiped down & cleaned up. We DID offer to pay for the tea & water... he we didn't owe anything.What Legacy? Unfortunately, this restaurant has been run into the ground. Customer service is awful.I really think the store knew about the AWFUL fowl odor as well. This was the WORST experience we have had... we will NO LONGER be returning.

The waiters are awesome. The executive chef was awesome. everyone is so nice and serviceable. Best service ever. I don't want to dine anywhere else. They don't take offense when you complain about your order. They try to make it right. I absolutely love this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here because they are treated right. They treat ALL their customers right.

My wife and I got out of the Movies at 9PM and walked in Logans. No greeting from Host, he just looked at me. I asked him what time they closed and he said 10PM and nothing else. Since nothing was said, I told him there were just the two of us. He turned and walked away for a couple of minutes. When he returned I told him we would sit at the bar if that would be more convenient. He said to follow him. We were seated in the dining area and totally ignored for 10 minutes by all the staff. They came out for other seated tables a couple of times noticing us and appeared to be meeting and gossiping in the kitchen. Last trip here.

Great service and FINALLY good tasting food. The mash potatoes were a bit cold but the meat was (Grilled smothered chicken) and the Meatloaf was the perfect temperature.We are traveling from Pennsylvania to Texas.Our Server was attentive and professional!Job well done. #R76Parking: Safe and clean

Ate at this restaurant on 03/05/2024 and I ordered my steak medium. Took forever to come out and it was basically medium well to well. Ordered a bake potato and it was like mush.Also during my time there, a co-worker (I assume) came into the restaurant with her kids and waitresses and people from the back started coming out to hold and play with the kids. The lady and her kids even walked in the back kitchen prep area.Even with all of this the best thing there was the rolls. I couldn’t even eat the bake potato and left half the steak.

Food was delicious and service was great in the past times I've been there or ate there but I placed an order online the last two visits and drove there since they said it would be a half hour but it turned out to be 2 hours waiting when I got there. It was like that for the last 2 pickup times. Also they leave items out of my to go bags.

the food wasn’t seasoned enough .. this is Gumbo , gumbo suppose to have hell of sauce right ? what is this no where near the picture that was on the menu. Then a waiter compare the food to Mcdonald’s and said “it’s just like mcdonald’s you don’t always get what you see in the picture” .
