The service at this location is excellent and the wait time in the drive thru is much less than expected.The inside service is very calm and courteous.Despite the busy intersection, I definitely recommend this location to anyone who is on the fence.

Food was great! But when we pull to the window to get our food and ice cream Sunday, this kid give us the Sunday and I mean the ice cream wasn’t ice cream it was water!!! And spilled it all over the front of our car! I walked him politely if he can just make me a new one and he replied “yeah I’m going to have to it’s drippin “ and rolled his eyes! Oh my gosh god for bid. Terrible service terrible!!!!! Then I literally had 2 ice cubes in my Large coke! I cannot make this up! Then I asked can I have more ice in this coke and he said “uhh let me get you ice” and from that point on he was rude! Where is the good service???

I ordered threw the app and the girl left out my 20pc nuggets and I asked for just a few more (2 or 3) sweet an sour packs for having to go in. She gave me attitude when I said they forgot my nuggets and if I wanted extra sauce that I'd have to order again.
Their ok when they pay attention to the customer order I can say they all should go through some draining on some things like majen sandwiches n listening ❤❤

I’ve only lived in this area for a year. And this is the closest McDonald’s to my home. So naturally I order from here I go here often. It’s the quickest and easiest place to order food. And for some reason there is always an issue when I go there. There’s not many issues but the same reoccurring issues. At first it was about the sauce. Any time I would go through the drive thru I would make a point to order my sauce at the time I ordered my food. That way I wouldn’t have to ask at the window and hold up the line.. When I received my food I made a point to check my bag. I don’t know what it was with this particular McDonald’s, but man it was such a big ask for sauce at the time. I haven’t had that issue for a min here but just thought I’d state everything. The only and other reoccurring issue that I have and this one is more recent. 85% of the time I order mobile. It’s easier faster. But there’s other times where I order in person. And it occurs on both occasion. The issue being I order large fries and I get a medium, or I order a large beverage and I get a med. I ordered a kids meal and a quarter pounder meal and they gave me 10 fries between those two meals. My poor niece when I gave her the meal she pulled out the little bag they put in the kids meals and only three fries fell out. I just wish that I was getting what I paid for. I feel like I’m robbed at this establishment every time I go there.
