I used to work here ten + years ago. I came back today full of fond memories and it broke my heart. Everything was dirty. Came at 9:30 and there were no bagels, man at the counter was chit chatting for literally 5 minutes after his customer paid so I just stood there. No espresso drinks possible (wanted a latte). No hand sanitizer in the dispenser. Everything was disappointing. I won’t be back.

It was just slammed busy, nothing they could do better in this case.It took forever to get our order, but it was all there, tasted great & the people were very pleasant to deal with.The track team had just left, by the bus load.We will be back!

Horrible ! Slow service used Kiosk did not get text when ready...old man cashier wants to talk to everyone and manager too busy talking to friends and giving away loaves of bread to pay attention to customers waiting! food was not good cold and tasteless . Worse Panera I have been to!!

The food was very good. However, the bathrooms were filthy. FILTHY! IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THEY HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR DAYS. THE FLOOR COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MOPPED IN THE LAST WEEK. When I mentioned to them that the bathroom needed attention, they did not seem too concerned.

Was not happy with my cold chicken sandwich it was not good and the price 10.99 did not match the quality of the sandwich. The store manager stood right next to me and only thing she said that them sandwichs is a hit or miss. Not 100% sure what she mean by that. but this place is a no for me.

Got all the orders right and the food quality was great. In my opinion, it's better than Chick fil a and other fast food restaurants.
So the drink club is awesome. I get the charged drinks normally like about 5 bucks but they are free with sip club $11/month so it pays more than itself after 3rd drink. Also the kitchen sink is the best! That’s the name of the huge chocolate chip cookie with salted caramel bits! Also the Napa almond chicken salad and it was delicious and refreshing at the same dang time! Last but not least is my morning routine (before I go to work at Cox) of cinnamon crunch bagel sliced and toasted with some butter!!! Excellent!

Poor service and inefficient workers. Made us wait 45 mins for coffee. How can a coffee shop not have coffee? I could see a bunch of people working inside but no one came to the counter to help.How pathetic is their management that they do not care about the basics - CUSTOMERS

Stopped in on a road trip. They were incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes to get takeout. Ordering was slow. Food making was slow. Service was subpar. They had no souffles, which they are supposed to have until 11 on Sundays. We arrived at 930. Don't go. Especially not if you want the full menu selection or if you're in a hurry.
