My pizza was amazing the torture broadcast and me being neurotransmitted in the store and the device in the delivery truck was too much to bear I can't believe they would participate in human experiments and Zeretzung tactics my breaks at the eas I was treated by customer service who said they would just file it on the insurance and someone would call me back no empathy, no compassion, no active listening I had to repeat myself no offer of store credit gift card or coupons despicable no respect for my humanity videos on my YouTube channel must be nice to have some much money you can afford torture and human experimentatikn and tell the victim well just file it on the insurance smdh

When I went here to pick up my pizza, the young lady who took my payment walked to the back where a young man had taken my pizza from the oven and placed it where he was going to cut it. The young lady suddenly shouted at him, "Kill it, kill it, kill it!" I had a previous bad experience so I found the owner in KY and gave him a call. He was combative and couldn't care less about my complaints. I contacted corporate and they didn't care either.

I had ordered extra peppercinis And when the driver arrived. I went to check. They weren't in my order. So I had already paid cash and gave him an additional $5 tip. When I told him they weren't there He said he had to make another delivery, but he would go to the Store and Get them and bring them back. In which case I never saw them. This is probably one of the worst stores the franchise has. I will not recommend it to anyone

My order was delivered I called the store last night when I got the order and it was wrong. No one answered. The meat in both papadias was not cooked and the chicken wings wasn’t cooked throughly. When I finally got someone on the phone who was the owner today he said I could bring the food back when we threw it away last night. I always buy from this papa Johns and spend good money and this location has lost a customer. I will never go there again. $45 worth of food that wasn’t edible. I will tell everyone in the area too. Bad customer service!
