Ordered delivery and paid extra for missing item and delivery fee. Tried to "chat" with support 3x. They told me to go fish and contact store. Didn't even ask what was missing or what could be done to remedy. Overpriced and overrated!!!!! Stay away. Customer service doesn't matter to Papa Johns. Ridiculous. We used to love Papa John's pizza, but in July we received a burnt pizza. We stopped ordering from them until last night, Sept 14, when we thought we'd try again. Nope burnt pizza again. Never again will be waste our time with Papa John's. Not to mention the prices are way too high compared to Dominoes or Bellacinos.

This was great!!! I haven't eaten Papa johns in years because every time I would eat it I would get sick. However, that is not the case with this location. The only thing I can say is the location needs to be updated on Google maps it sent us to there old location.

Great price on specials, love the pizza because of just the right amount of tomato sauce and lightly seasoned. Very efficient crew on Brambleton, had my pizzas ready ahead of time.

I ordered delivery at 11 on a Sunday with a reported eta of 34-44 mins. After an hour I called the store where my call wasn't answered for 15 minutes. Whoever I spoke with said the reason for the delay was due to the fact that on Sunday before three they only have one delivery driver and they can only get there so quickly. If you cannot deliver, do not offer. I was not offered any compensation or any form of apology. I was just told that there was only one driver. My undercooked pizza that I just paid $25 for arrived right as I needed to leave for work. Again, if you cannot follow through, do not offer. There's no way I should've had to pay for that pizza. Bad management. Bad scheduling. horrible customer service, but sweet driver. I tipped her 15 because it isn't her fault that she's a victim of poor leadership. I will not ever order from here again.
