Ordered a large thin crust on the app and paid on the app including a 20% tip. Got there and called. Said it would soon be ready. Then someone came out and asked if I had placed an order. The pizza came out with all the ingredients in the center like they were thrown on there. Then as I was getting ready to pull out, someone came out and said i did not pay. What the heck are they smoking in there?

Made an order for a large pizza and a deal on 4 pack of sodas. After order was made I was contacted by the store, turns out they didn't have the right cheese for a stuffed crust so I had to make due without. Said they'd load it up with more cheese and void the extra cost. Once delivered the guy called me said pizza was at my door, opened up he was gone and I saw a pizza box that almost looked sat on and no drinks. I contacted the store and requested my drinks basically told they wouldn't send anyone back and would refund me. After all this was done didn't see the price go down from missing drinks and lack of stuffed crust. Would rate 0/5 off I could, not ordering from them again

Tasteless. I ordered garlic crust and didn't get it. Called to inform and was told 7-10 business days for a refund. Poor pizza and bad business

Bought an 8 piece wing and recieved about 5 and a half. That is nothing less than a rip off, and just plain sad. Also, the pizza was honestly the most disproportionately cut pizza I've ever seen. Sorry, Pizza Hut, I'm switching back to Papa John's.

Order online to get points it’s 712pm. Online says 35-45m delivery time. That’s fine excited for pizza I sit and wait and wait and wait. Look it’s 831 it finally says order is in the oven hmm strange that’s past when it should have been here but whatever I’ll just wait. 922 pm mad I call in only to get told “oh our online times are wrong you should call and order” like seriously why you even have the online bit then? Pizza arrived cold as f at 10:04pm that’s right 3 hours for pizza literally so cold I needed to microwave it the minute it got here. Can i rate 0 stars?

I've been to this Pizza Hut many times over the years and in the last two weeks I've ordered three pizzas. All three I asked for extra sauce and when I got the pizzas they did not have any noticable sauce on the pizzas. The manager stated they use a scoop and a half of sauce on their pizzas. The scoops must have gotten smaller is all I can figure. I guess that's what it takes to compete in business! The pizzas were sickening. This is the only Pizza Hut I've seen that has this poor quality of not only pizza, but the service too was poor. The manager was so matter of factly about the order, which was equally sickening. Don't waste your time here.
