I ordered a hot honey pepperoni pizza on the app for delivery. In the comments I asked for extra extra hot honey and this pizza hut delivered. Everything was 100% correct and it was delicious! Thank you to the workers here.

I received the completely wrong order. I called my local Pizza Hut and no one would even answer the phone. After three tries I left a voicemail saying I would either like a refund or for them to bring out the correct order. I never received phone call back not even after two days. I will dispute with my credit card company.

I placed my usual order with the "contactless curbside" option, to be picked up at 10 p.m. Upon arrival, I texted HUT and got a text back asking my name and color/make of car. I responded with my info. After waiting 5 minutes for them to bring my order out to me, I called the store. I could see the manager at the front counter, ignoring the ringing phone. I had added an 18% tip to my payment since I was asking for my order to be brought out to my car; I won't do that again! This late in the evening, they were not very busy so there was no reason they couldn't answer the phone or bring my order out. I went inside and got my food. The pizza was good. Service was terrible.
I hope corporate is paying attention to Ben Johnson, the ONLY employee working today at Pizza Hut. He deserves a raise. I walked in, was greeted, paid for my pizza, and handed my order within 3 minutes, and this man is running the store ALONE. Please, pay him what he's worth, no excuses just hard work. The world needs more people like Ben!
