Paid $40 for two large chicken tenders combos. Guy at the window was rude barely said a word. No sauce cups for one of the meals. Chicken tenders were pencil thin with an inch of breading. Very poor all the way around.

The gentleman who waited on me (presumably the owner) allowed me to customize my order, allowed me to wait 5 minutes for the new batch of chicken, and hand-selected my order himself. Superior service!

Nice place, and the chicken sandwich was very good. The lobby was clean but lacked some of the condiments, so had to ask for them at the counter.
Did not get the ranch that was requested ,had to make a 15 minute drive back ,then only wanted to give 2 packs, when 4 was ordered ,They need to pay more attention when they bag items up, really don't like reheating in the microwave,and driving all the way there and back, from now on I will hold the line up, until everything is checked before, I leave.

They refused to honor discount from app and when I asked for a manager I was told that he was eating. I waited 20mins the manager Khalil still refused to speak with me. I then drove to the drive through and advised I would not move until the manager explains why they are not honoring the offer on their app. He came outside then took pics of my license plate. Never introduced himself apologize or attempt to find a solution. I advised I had been waiting to address my concerns the manager Khalil replied he deserved to eat. Smh..I spent over $100 last week at this location and he was treated rude. Never will I do business with this company again.
