Haven't been to RL in quit awhile. It wasn't busy at all, but we went a little early, around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was very friendly. Seating was excellent with plenty of room. I ordered the fried cod, fries and slaw. We got biscuits while we waited. The food was excellent and came quickly for a sit down restaurant. Our waitress was super great! She was very nice and awesome personality. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. Best service we have had from anywhere in some time. Only gave 4 stars due to the pricing. $22 for one piece of cod, fries and a side of slaw. Just seemed a little high. Other than the price, it was great.

Decided to try RL this evening since I haven't had it in months and it was disappointing. The curbside pickup employee walked to the car with attitude like she wished she was anywhere else but there. Then she gave me a fake pleasantries. The food was okay, though the fried shrimp and the biscuits didn't taste fresh. I didn't have these issues with my pick up orders in the past. After this it will be a long while before I try this Red Lobster again.

Worst Red Lobster we've ever eaten, no exaggeration. Huge change from about 3 months ago. Biscuits were dry. Baked potatoes were hard, no matter how much we microwaved them as leftovers. Fish on Admiral's Feast had no taste. Alfredo sauce tasted like nothing but cream. Scampi served completely dry, with a few scattered flakes of parsley, (no kidding) like grilled shrimp instead of scampi. Had to ask where the scampi butter was, then they poured it over the grilled shrimp. Bottom line, not up to the usual Red Lobster standards. By the way, we still tipped our server 20% in spite of it all. The floor staff and host seemed to work well together, assisting one another, but we didn't really benefit from any of that. We were only cared for by our server. This was the first restaurant we have eaten in where the manager walked the floor constantly but did not acknowledge us at all.

Service was good, Portions are very small, and the quality is average. We went for the lunch and ordered from the feast menu. Hardly feeds one hungry person. I know lobster tails are expensive but even salmon portion was small.

Roanoke’s Franklin Road location is quick to be seated most of the time. Staff is friendly and attentive and the food is to be expected of any Red Lobster.

We enjoy Red Lobster since it is handicap accessible. It is easy to get a wheelchair inside and get seated. We like the atmosphere and the food is really good also. We like seafood. Alll of he wait staff has been very friendly and helpful. I have the Red Lobster app and I get free offers and discounts. We like Red Lobster.

Red Lobster is not as great as it used to be. Food all tasted the same. Our server was very good and attentive. Our experience wasn't bad, but we just felt the food was not so great that I would want to have it again any time soon.

Abysmal Service - Incredibly rude employees, and a completely broken delivery system that will have you waiting over an hour just to tell you they don't have your order. They offered no sort of resolution - passed the blame to the delivery service (who sent multiple drivers to pick up an order that they never made). Unacceptable and really just sad; a giant waste of time that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
