Absolutely love the food and the service. It’s great all around.

I'd say I had maybe 2 good food items from this place. This one chicken that tasted like it was cooked in Ketchup, and their Teriyaki chicken that was like salty water. Their crab Rangoon tasted like the oil it was cooked in and nothing else. The vegetables had a bad frozen taste. I was, sadly, disappointed.

We didn't realize it was a buffet until the host greeted us and told us only soups and salads were already out (it was 3:55, serving began at 4pm). I do like a good buffet, my wife, not so much. But we had driven from NC and missed lunch, so we were hungry, and the place was immaculate, and the host was very gracious. I will not bore you with a blow-by-blow. From the jumbo steamed shrimp, my wife's fresh green salad and delicious dressing to the coconut creme pie, everything we put in our mouths from the overwhelming selection was #1. Everything! Our server was polite, attentive, and gracious. We are thinking about making a day trip back to Roanoke for dinner at the Red Palace. Oh, and the icing on the cake: our bill for 2 was $34.33, tax included.

Prompt and attentive customer service. A delightful array of options, and despite our late arrival (8:45pm), everything remained nicely cooked and flavourful. The setup was appealing, and the facilities were very clean. After an exhaustive 8-hour hike, the buffet was a satisfying feast!

A group of 50 of us celebrated Lunar New Year here and had a delicious buffet with tons of wonderful choices - multiple soups, entrees, sushi, desserts. All of it was great and our server was on top of everything. It's one of my all-time favorite Chinese restaurants! Be sure to have the crab Rangoon!

I found hair in my food and notified the waiter and he told staff in the back. She came to inform me that a fresh tray was now placed out like I wasn't just upset about eating something with hair in it.

We went for the weekday lunch buffet. The price is reasonable for all u can eat buffet. The service and attitude of waiter was excellent. The food prep and taste is outstanding. Only reason didn't get 5 stars is occasionally you have to wait for a particular item on the bar to be replenished.
