A truly disappointing experience. It seemed like the kitchen/server was backed up from the moment we sat down. To be honest I'm not even sure why they seated our family. The server started out with an apology which is never a good sign. After waiting a while to get our drink order (waters) we were finally able to order food. We had two small hungry children so we asked if we could get some fries out early they didn't come for nearly 40 minutes and then our entrees immediately came out. I asked the runner who brought my meal for the salad dressing that it should have come with but she never returned. My husband's and daughter's burgers were wrong (they were not plain). They had also clearly been sitting for too long because they were overcooked, flavorless and dry. By the time I finished my burger the server still had not come by the table to check on us, I wanted to be and to eat my salad so I went to the kitchen to ask for the dressing. The server finally returned to the table and by then we were done eating. We reminded him that we were there to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday and he said he would be right back. It took forever. We almost gave up on waiting but she was really looking forward to the singing. We should have just left because by the time he did come back the ice cream was melted and the whipped cream was a liquid mess. She didn't even recognize it as ice cream.Overall we were very disappointed by the service and the food. It took way too long for food that was awful.

I've been to a lot of Red Robin's in my time (dang that makes me sound so old!!), but this was by far the best one I've gone to. What really stuck out was the service, we came when they were absolutely packed, but the staff work efficiently to get over 8 parties seated in 15 minutes. Once we got our table, everyone was so friendly and provided the best service. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful of service we received while here. I hope that everyone working understands that they did an amazing job. I've worked customer service and I know how hard it can be. They all went above and beyond, so we'll done you all and thank you.

Claim burger supposed to be bigger wasn't. More bread then burger. Fries taste like they've been sitting in grease. Weren't fresh waitress didn't ask for more fries until we've ate all food. Just bad hadn't been in awhile probably not going back.

Great food and service! The burgers are great, and service is awesome. While they are a little pricey, you get what you pay for. I recommend the fries with the red Robin seasoning sprinkled on it.

Food was good, they need to not sit everyone together they have the whole restaurant . Space people out so you can have some privacy. I would rather be able to talk with my family instead of people behind me talking loud in a different language .
