Great place to go if you want a meal that's quality is mid and you want the employees to be rude.I ordered a sandwich in one of the pictures but because nothing is labeled I ordered it by saying "the one in the picture with barbeque" she said "oh yeah, the (whatever name) sandwich" when it got out I immediately asked to fix it because it was just a regular burger slathered and dripping in BBQ sauce. The person came out to the car and I showed her what was wrong she's like no it's right and I pointed out the picture and I was like can you fix it and she says no there is a price difference. Even if it was the right thing, it was dripping with sauce and wilted lettuce. It was too soggy to eat.Avoid this place. It should have stayed shut down. (Also, if you use their app make sure they're actually open when they say they are and you pay for your order because many times they take orders and then no one shows up for work. It has happened to me twice)Perfect place to go if you want rude service, gross food, and to waste your time and money.

I placed an order online for me and my nephew after leaving RMH from seeing my mom. The order was placed at 6:34 pm and paid for online.. it was estimated to be ready at 7:02 pm. I arrived at 7:15. Pressed the button and the young lady said “it will be out when it’s ready.” I didn’t get my food until 7:36 pm. Drove back to rocky mount, took a bite and received the burger with almost no lettuce and the pickles bunched on top. Mind you my order was light mayo, pickles and lettuce. And mayo only on one part of the bun.

despite management severely understaffing-- three people all day? one of them with a ten hour shift? another one clearly under the weather? do better!-- these folks are always quick, polite, and professional. i mean always. ran or shine, hot or cold, busy or slow. i've never had an order wrong. everyone at this store deserves a raise.

Super Sonic Burger was awesome. This place is a bit over priced though and the customer service was a bit lacking after asking for sauces 4 times they finally had it right. Also, we had to place 2 orders to make sure we had our order correct. Food was Sonic standard, though, so al in all, I'd drop by just for the burger. Get it together, Sonic staff, lol.

Went to pick up DD order and DD app says pick up at patio door. Was told need to pull in and push a button refused to give customers order. Only Sonic in Roanoke that refuses to serve the patio area.

A fun place to eat, easy to park and get food. Associates are usually very friendly; service can be slow as many people are ordering and there seems to be only a few people bringing out food.

25-percent chance of an accurate order. When it is accurate it is still way too long for fast food. You can tell they cheat the system on their POS and say their orders are sent out when they aren't. Tells me that they'd rather fudge their throughput metrics and look good on paper than address the fact that they are understaffed and that some employees are too demoralized to care. So rather than support a system that churns out people I just don't go there anymore. Which sucks because I do like their slushes.
