I walked past Starbucks that is in a kroger', I did not stop . I had an awful experience the one time I went and, never went back. Ordered a pastry " they gave me the display pastry that was plastic. The coffee, I asked for non dairy creamer and, it didn't desolve right and, the film on the coffee left a greasy filling on my lips that wouldn't go away .

Stopped by for a mobile pickup order as this was the closest Starbucks to me. I'll probably make the drive to a physical location rather than this one in the future. I ordered a hazelnut shaken expresso for me and a pink drink for the husband. The expresso did not taste super like a hazelnut flavor, but I could definitely taste the expresso so I was satisfied. The pink drink did not look pink at all, had no strawberries in it, and I honestly thought it was just coconut milk. Now I do not go to Starbucks very often so I wasn't willing to question the barista about my drink, and I'm not the type of person to speak up and say 'hey somethings wrong'. I'll just take what you give me and write a review on it later ? they probably just ran out of whatever the pink drink is made out of, but I think it's up to the staff to explain "hey I can't make this drink but would you mind this substitution?" That would be much more appreciated rather then serving something subpar.

I have never been to a Starbucks and I never will. I dislike the whole idea and I make fabulous coffee with my various machine including espresso. Please stop asking me to write reviews when my vehicle never goes to the places you ask about!

the staff are rlly nice but they always forget to add the cold foam but i still get charged for it and that stuff isn't cheap lol. they're also always out of stuff and almost everytime i go to pick up a mobile order there's no one there and i don't have time to go ask for a refund bc i have to be at work lol but they're rlly nice and ik they're working hard so i get it.

Never on time with ordering ahead and usually delayed by 10-15 mins esp with shift change. Constantly runs out of syrups and the kids that work there do not have the greatest common sense, I just went in 10 mins after the order said it was ready and the lady said they were out of vents cups and said there system was down so they can not cancel or update. Left with two hot smalls with 6 ounces less. Will not be going back, will go to towers and drive the extra mileage!
This one has knowledgeable employees and always has the stuff in stock!

I know that they are short staffed and at times closed and no it is not a full service but I have always enjoyed the convenience while shopping and I commend almost every employee for their servitude and friendliness. I dropped my drink out in the parking lot and they made another without question. Coffee wise some baristas here are excellent! Some not as much but truthfully every Starbucks I have been to in this area is the same! But I never have to wait in line that long either...
