This place has to be doing something illegal. They’re closed Sunday. They close at 8pm including on the weekends. Who goes here?! What type of dessert place closes at 8pm on a Saturday?! This is crazy. Idk how they’re not bankrupt cause I can’t imagine they get much business between 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.

Staff was very nice and they have good flavors! Got chocolate chips in my frozen yogurt, kind of regret it. Some of the candy toppings get frozen and hard when they get in the frozen yogurt. 4 stars!

My buddy loves coming here. Nice, clean atmosphere with good frozen yogurt. Not all the machines are functional, which was a disappointment, but the toppings at the bar were fully stocked up. I guess I'm of the generation that I miss the vibe I received when TCBY was still open and expected Sweet Frog to match that type of customer experience.

Beautiful greeting upon entry. My grandson was THRILLED with the two young ladies at the front. The young lady was so helpful with the non dairy choices...He's two, and this is going to be our tradition. Thank you!

I used to love coming here. I came recently only to find out that it is no longer self serve. That was the entire point of this business - I want my frozen yogurt made the way I like it to be made. It is of no benefit to the business because you pay by weight. Maybe it is a Covid precaution? Well none of the employees are wearing masks so I don't think they actually care that much. I will not be coming back anymore.

We love Sweet frog but at this one they don't allow you to put you own toppings on. We didn't like that.

My boyfriend and I LOVE froyo. It's a weekly occurrence for us. We love the freedom to control what/how much we put in and we like layering our toppings and flavors. We used to always go to the Towne Square location over the Towers because they were friendlier and had better toppings. Unfortunately with their change in protocol, their employees now scoop the toppings for you. While we still obviously have a say in what we want, it's annoying not being able to control it. I understand if this protocol would be in place for COVID, but all their employees do is wear gloves that could easily be placed out for customers to put one on and have the freedom to scoop their own. We live closer to the Towne Square location as well but will be making the drive to the Towers location since we're still able to have more control over our bowls which is why we love froyo in the first place. Sorry, typical "Karen" review lol but I don't mess with my froyo!
