So... here's the thing.This place does offer "dine-in" however...- You sit and browse the menu, decide on your order, and go back up to the counter to place your order- It is not *Traditional Table Service* (expect this) You are served at your table but you'll be served in takeout containers. Plates, silverware, etc but not served on the dish.- You pay in advance before receiving your meal.I'm not sure why this is, only that you should know in advance.They do a lot of delivery. At least 10 Door Dash carriers came in. We were the only people "eating in".*THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!! I will definitely order again but would love that Chinese restaurant experience I remember as a child and the physical space here gives all those vibes.Beautiful aquariums, elegant art on the walls, cho cho beef...I hope they one day open the space for this again.

Unfortunately, our to go order came without rice, and instead of traditional "pancakes" we were served tortillas. Sad to discover when you live an hour away. I called the restaurant to share my disappointment and they offered absolutely no resolution. I'll not eat there again.

Our food was served in Styrofoam as well as our drink. We were given plastic utensils. Of course, we ate at lunch on a Saturday, but for the prices and atmosphere, that seemed rather crude. When we walked through the door, there was a table blocking off the front area. We were given a menu, told to go look at it, and then come back to the register to order. Is customer service dead, or were they short staffed? One and done for us. We could have gone many other places for lunch and been treated normally. I will say the young man that took our order and brought our food to us did a good job at checking on us.

This is a great place for dine-in and pick up. The staff, food is great! I like the people and food here.BEWARE! They use Door Dash as a delivery service. I placed an order through the restaurant official website and later got a Door Dash "canceled" text. Door Dash? I placed the order through the official website. I called the app "dasher" and he told me that he "tripped" and spilled all of the food order and that the restaurant was already making a new order. When I called the restaurant, they had no idea what was going on. The Door Dash dude stole my meal.Don't use 3rd Party delivery! Just go to the restaurant and get the good food yourself.

I’m very upset. I went here to eat with my family and dine in. We walked in and they said that’s it’s now a take out place but you can still sit inside. We went there to dine in so we are dinning in. The workers were very rude and made us feel as if we shouldn’t have sat down. They stared at us the whole time and whispered to each other. The food was amazing but the service was awful!! Very mean people
The quality of their food has dropped off tremendously, especially the last 3 years as I've been going to this Szechuan and the one across from Lewis Gale forever I can honestly say that I've had better Chinese at some of the cheaper Chinese restaurants The service is questionable as well because when I walked in to pickup my order, I wasn't greeted and I felt like I was bothering them

I now fully understand why they charge up front. The food was absolutely disgusting. We left $52 worth of food on the table and left after disclosing our dissatisfaction to the owners. No refund offered.

Ordered takeout from here for the first time tonight. Got general chicken and fried rice. Food was delicious and hot. Service was great and staff was friendly. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

A great family owned restaurant With delicious food (beef broccoli, moo goo pan, poo poo tray, drinks, spring roll). Kevin and family will treat you well and call you by name after first visit. Reasonable prices. Call restaurant directly for pick up- delivery. Can sit inside but waiters discontinued last I checked due to pandemic/ staff shortage. Nice place you will enjoy!
