The last two weeks, I’ve visited this Taco Bell on Franklin Road twice. I arrived early the first time I went, just as they were opening, and they performed admirably.. I feel the morning team was efficient, well mannered and cordial. My second visit, though, wasn’t so great..in fact, it was rather awful. I ordered via the Taco Bell mobile app, but they didn’t give me one of my tacos. They offered lousy customer service when I pointed it out to them. They were talking about me and calling me names as they made their way to the kitchen! I got all my food but things could have been much better. Both the dining area and the tabletops were untidy. Toilets were a complete mess. Sink had some black stuff all over it. There are flies all over the place. My second visit was during evening hours.

This place is the worst. I gave it another chance and it will be the last. I just left from walking and stood there for 5 minutes while employees just looked at me. I even said "is anybody going to take my order?" Then still nothing just blank stairs. This place sucks.

Me an my son went to this location this evening and the service was slow. My son ordered a chicken quesadilla and it only had a few pieces of chicken and it was only in the end of the quesadilla. Then with my food, I ordered the grilled cheese burrito cravings box and the food looked like it was prepared by a child it was thrown together and then tossed into a bag and the food was falling out and into the bag. Very poor job by this location very poor!!

Every Taco Bell in my area is absolutely horrible, they have the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at every Taco Bell I’ve gone too. I’m done with Taco Bell all together. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

After they made us wait 20 minutes for an order, they forgot my potato soft taco. I kindly asked them to provide it, and the scowling guy at the counter angrily slammed a cheese and warm lettuce filled (not to mention poorly wrapped) potato taco onto the counter. Inside I found two lonely chunks of potato - see attached.I come here a lot. But the crew on Saturday, March 23 2024 is singlehandedly the worst group of employees I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from.Terrible atmosphere, terrible service, and spitefully made food.I mean I'll be back, just never after sundown.Vegetarian options: If you like warm lettuce, crunchy refried beans, or a very small helping of potatoes, this is your place!
We door dashed food from here. There were 2! Cinnabon rolls in the pack. What the heck? Also, we asked for extra sauce and there wasn’t a single package. Should have just done ourselves.

It's a Taco Hut with all the benefits of a Taco Bell while also letting you get a personal pan pizza or bread sticks.
The food was good and ready quickly. Ample parking g, easy access.

Stood at counter to order and was totally ignored by staff. Went thru drive in and ordered diet Mt Dew-was given another drink and when questioned this..person asked if had problem with sugar— very odd question to ask a customer. Rude staff!!
