I've been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly, I've only had to send food back once and even when I did it was my own fault because I didn't understand the difference betwee rare and medium rare, but they made it right for me anyway. Food always comes out on time, is affordable, and delicious. Yeehaw Texas Roadhouse! ?

Our waiter Keith has been the best part of the whole experience and seeing as how service has taken an unfortunate downfall every where it seems, he was an absolute DELIGHT and a refreshing experience from all the other rude and non compassionate servers myself and my fiance have experiences as of late. Amanda the service manager was wonderful and not only professionally addressed the issue of a HORRIBLE child/difficult family in general, sitting in the adjacent booth but she stood and talked with us for a few minutes ensuring we were still enjoying our anniversary and that it was sullied by those abrasive people. After which I heard her name at least four more time and the woman never stopped moving. Same went for Keith but ALWAYS came back to us to make sure we were okay and didn't need anything. His personable, kind, and overall care for his job and the customers will keep us coming back and specifically asking for him. Thank you Keith and Amanda for making our special night even better!

usualy we are content with this establishment.Last visit was a dissapointment. Meal came, meat was way over cooked, one of my sides were forgotten. The servers clothing was dirty as was the floor. I was shorted $8 on my change. All I want is to see you resolve this can return someday.

This is the second time we were served another cut of meat when we ordered filet. I think it must be a standard practice because this has occurred before in different locations of these restaurants.. good thing I know my cuts! Filet seems to be the trigger! Overall so-so meal....I ordered the loaded sweet potato and it was served with a teaspoon of marshmallow, no brown sugar or butter. I had to ask for this. When you order something loaded, that's what you expect, for it to be loaded!!!

My family and I just recently celebrated my nephews 10th birthday here and everything went just as planned. The staff came and did a shout-out and let him saddle up. The food was amazingly delicious and definitely recommend everyone come here when it's possible. The place stays packed so that tells you something.

Very popular place to eat.Got a family meal to go. Good value for the money.Everything was delicious.Parking: When we went at dinner time, the parking lot, which is large, was full.And people were parking in the grass areas around the parking lot.
Usually a very good experience,but not this time.We wenfor the prime rib,anto start things off No Rolls!!.So then we sat down and ordered.Well our waitress informed us there were no 12oz.So we told her we will do 14oz.Well here we go again,informed us that there were only 16 oz..So we both decided just to order that and we would have left overs the next day.So she proceeded to come back out and tell us they did have 12oz.and a 16oz.When our order finally came out,it was not hot,but luke warm.Really???Then we had ordered a glass of your house wine.She came and told us here again they were out,and wanted to "up charge us for more expensive wine.Nope!!not having it. It ruined a perfectly good evening and Guess What???Outback has a New customer!!!!!So gain we decided to go back last night,April 4,2024,again very disappointed .We got the prime rib and it was over cooked,and tough.For the price of foid now is ridiculous and we will not ne back.We could buy steak and lobster for what this meal cost.Do yourself a gavor stay home and cook your own steakes.

First walking into the restaurant, it’s dirty! It clearly needs a deep cleaning. The waitress was wonderful!!!! Ordered a cheeseburger from the kid’s menu and a New York strip streak medium rare.The cheeseburger bun was burnt and hard, the patty was a little bigger than a tennis ball around and burnt like a hockey puck. Nothing a plethora of ketchup couldn’t fix for the patty. We left the bun there. The side order of fries was good.The Steak, this is supposed to be a “Steakhouse”? What a joke!!! There was no pink in that steak!! It was tuff to cut, chew and there was little to no seasoning. To the chef, if you read the order, go back to McDonald’s! Definitely our last time go here. 611 from now on. Only thing we’ll miss is the rolls and butter. That recipe online.
