Orders are usually missing something or they don't prepare what you order correctly.Update 03/03/24. Hadn't visited this one in a while and they still screwed up the order. The tickets were correct but the order itself wasn't right. I don't think your employees read the ticket. So you still have issues at this restaurant.

Love the smoothies here, but the mobile orders are ridiculous. I ordered online for the sake of time and waited for 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and still had to ask for it...

Everytime I come here my smoothie is disgusting! I have to have it remade every visit. The service is terrible no communication between the staff and the wait time is over 25mins. I’m sad that they are the closest to my job. The Hershberger Rd location is perfect.

I've been in the drive thru quite a few times and every time, even when it's just me or one other car, it's a 10-15min wait. More than one car and you're sitting there longer. I ordered online today, got there 20min after it was ordered and told them I was there to pick it up. I guess it "wasn't ready" cause the guy just glanced over and then went back to what he was doing before. More people came in and about 20 more min later they started getting their food. I asked again and said it had been now 40min since I ordered and they found my food just sitting on the back counter. Of course now it's cold and I'm reheating it at home. They didn't even say sorry or offer any kind of incentive or anything. Never going back to this location. It's the worst.

This was the first and last time I will ever go to the Brandon Road location, the service was beyond slow I thought I was going to have to call 911 to have the employees resuscitated they were moving so dang slow and the food was horrible. The Smoothie was fine everything else about this experience was a total bust never again!

Placed a pickup order for one smoothie bowl. I had to wait a little bit for it to be ready so I went to the car wash. I arrived to pick up the bowl, at the drive-thru, and the employee politely informed me that corporate doesnt allow them to allow customers to pick up their orders via the drive-thru. It would've been helpful to know that "policy" before or while placing my order. DoorDash is for convenience and accessibility - this "policy" is obviously not mindful of that.Wheelchair accessibility: You can’t pick up your orders via the drive-thru so be mindful of that when traveling and wheel-chair bound or anything similar.

I have revisited the restaurant, and they have definitely made some changes. I am assuming they added new items to their menu. If not the new menu lay out is just updated and very well. They have a variety of healthier options. This will always be a win over traditional fast food options any day. I would rather pay more for healthier foods. I like that they add calories by the options as well for those who care. Big step up!! Will continue to spend my money here.Dietary restrictions: They have all the ingredients listed, calories as well as vegetarian options or easy adjustments to make it so.Kid-friendliness: Kids options were nice and they enjoy this over McDonald's now.

Had a Dash p/u on Thursday evening(1/18). Manager advised when I entered she was stocking and I would have to wait. I left for another p/u and returned in 5 mins.. She was still stocking and had not started the order. When I asked about it she said there was only 2 people there so what did I expect? Problem was nobody was in store except for me and nobody was in drive thru line. They are usually slow at this store but polite. Surprising attitude from a manager.

Would not recommend this Tropical Smoothie. Ordered a quesadilla and one whole section of it was not filled. Also didn’t provide salsa that comes with it. This is on top of the drive through taking 15+ mins for 3 cars.

Edit- had to come back and change to 1 star. This place is absolutely terrible now and has been for months. I kept going hoping it was simple mistakes, but reading the other recent reviews shows very clearly that they are leaving ingredients out, or using wrong portioning and it's general decline. The wraps have been bad, sloppy and falling apart, and with so much sauce it gushes out. Smoothies have way too much ginger or too much veggies etc, have had to toss 2 now.The only safe item is a fruit smoothie, atleast it'll be drinkable.(Old Review)Wonderful staff who are very nice every time I go. Products always made well!

The manager did promptly refund the order when I spoke to them, so 5 stars for service.My buffalo chicken wrap was served ice cold. The cheese wasn't even sort of melted (see the picture) its like they forgot to cook it.
