We recently hosted an event for 30 people in the event room upstairs and everything exceeded our expectations. We are from Ohio as were many of our guests. Brian communicated quickly and helped us with everything. The staff was wonderful, food delicious, and venue was perfect. We highly recommend Rocky Mount Burger Company .

Had high hopes for this place and was severely disappointed. It’s clear this is a local ran bar and that is who the staff prioritizes. Anyone who is not a local should nottttt sit at the bar or in the bar area because you get ignored. Burgers are pre made and heated up to order. Never have I had a well done burger come out within 10 mins of ordering. Won’t be backParking: Cramped parking especially when there’s an event going on at the music hall across the street.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw 2 different people trip over broom and dust pan that the staff leaves at the bottom of stairs.

This is one of a few non-chain, non-fast food options in Rocky Mount. Their location to The Harvester definitely keeps them busier on show nights. The sweet potato waffle fries are so good, the burgers are delicious. It is loud and busy inside and the service is friendly. I definitely recommend eating here if you are in the area. The wait is worth it!

First time visiting this restaurant. Service was out of sight. Food was spot on. Quick and fresh. Rebecca is a great person to speak with at lunch. Will eat here again soon.

So great reviews and thought would try it. A waisted 45 minute drive.It was a Sunday afternoon. Three tables with people, a couple at the bar. Bartender was server. I noticed the menu listed burgers as only cooked medium well and well done. I asked for as close to medium as possible. It came very well done on a nice roll that was twice the size of the burger. Not impressed at all. Service was very slow, never an offer to refill my water or inquire how the meal was.

One of the few local places serving food Fri after Thanksgiving. They accommodated our party of 8 despite being busy. Felt bad they only had 1-2 servers. Obviously impacted time to get our food. Got to jam out to live music while waiting. For the price, Burger I had (bacon and egg) was pretty good (3.75/5) and sweet potato fries were tad better (4/5). Wife got fried pickle fries and hush puppies, which she enjoyed...though cost more than my meal lol.

Asked the guy behind the bar if that was correct and he said unfortunately, yes. Prices that high need to be either posted or announced when you order. Very unpleasant surprise

Asked for refills on drinks and she spent time talking at the bar and even though we just started our meal, we had nothing to wash it with. Brought soup out and I asked for crackers, thought i was asking for her first born
