Peppermint hot chocolate.Definitely NOT our drink. Definitely doesn't have hot chocolate in the cup. Definitely made my kid throw up.Whoevers drink this was suppose to be, there can't be that much oil in cold foam!! It looks like someone poured straight up oil in the cup!Absolutely unacceptable. Maybe if the workers stopped playing around so much things like this wouldn't happen.

There are some very rude people who work here. I ordered my iced coffee this morning, and received the wrong size. I simply told the lady that’s the wrong size. She didn’t like that. Straight attitude! Not my fault you can’t do your job correct. You really should train your employees to have some customer service skills.

came through the drive through 1/16/2024 @5:50pm lady who took my order was very sarcastic with me when i asked to get an iced drink blended, said they didn’t have that option when i have ordered the exact same thing before with no problem. she didn’t have a name tag so must’ve been pretty new never seen her there before, had brown hair and a dark red shirt. kept it short and shut the window in my face. i did not appreciate that kind of customer service. especially if i didn’t do anything to deserve it

Starbucks is a chain and trained by “corporate”…how this particular location can be so far off the rails in a negative way is mind blowing. In effort to gain promised “stars” from the app, I attempted to order a pastry. They were OUT of gourmet pastries (I gave up); then they charged me for my “free hot chocolate” which was terrible. The “Pike’s place” coffee for my husband was good (according to him) but not worth the wait in the drive through lane, nor the attitude from the workers. Travis (the manager) also became involved and attempted to be my friend enough to repeatedly call me “dear and sweetie”…blah. I do not recommend to others.
