I recently visited this diner with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The chicken breast I ordered was clearly precooked and frozen, lacking any semblance of freshness or flavor. It was a downright disappointment.Not only was the chicken rubbery and tasteless, but it also seemed like it had been sitting in a freezer for weeks before being hastily reheated and served. It was a sad excuse for a meal, and I couldn't help but feel cheated by the lack of effort put into preparing it.Furthermore, the overall presentation of the dish was subpar, as if it had been thrown together without any thought or care. The sides were uninspired and lacked seasoning, adding insult to injury.I expected better from a diner that prides itself on serving quality food, but sadly, this experience fell far short of that standard. It's clear that the kitchen needs to step up its game and prioritize freshness and taste over convenience and cost-cutting measures.I won't be returning to this establishment anytime soon, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. Save your money and your taste buds, and steer clear of this frozen chicken fiasco of a diner.

Bacon cheddar fries and Philly Cheese steak flatbread for quick meal. Both were very good. We prefer to go to the Angelle's in Daleville where we live. Occasionally go to the one in Salem. The atmosphere is much better in Salem because it is larger and has better outside seating. I wish the Daleville Angelle's would take over the old Shoney's (like you did in Salem) or the closed Country Cooking to have more room. The food is always good but many times have to wait for a table in Daleville.

Staying near by and looking for a good meal this place was great. Keep in mind this was pick up and it didn’t get eaten for about 20-25 minutes. Wings-crispy, burger- still warm, chilly-still warm, triple play-still warm and crispy. All the sauces asked for were in the bag. The lady who handed me the food at the bar was warm and friendly. When I stay near by again I will definitely be back here.

We stopped in an hour before they closed and there was only two other tables with people. We were seated and there we sat for.over 20 minutes. A grumpy waitress walked by us...not a peep. The place was not busy at at all. The floor was extremely dirty so we decided to leave. Ended up giving our business to the nearby Denny's instead.
