NASTY FOOD/ Never again will we order from China Wok in Salem Va./ we picked up our order took it home guess what not our order ,took it back and they were very rude about it we did get our order and it was ice cold by the time we got it home go figure. plus no wonder they have child working at register.

Food is good if it's fresh but you have to wait forever to get it whatever you're told for your wait time add at least an extra 20 minutes to it

I've been craving some Chinese food and decided to give this place a try (based on the reviews) since I was in town for business. The food was ok definitely nothing to brag about. I'm from NC and definitely tried much better places so I guess for locals this may be you all's best option, but definitely not the best. I've never had an egg roll this thin before which was bland. The sesame chicken was pretty good but the shrimp lo mein was lacking flavor. I only had maybe 4 shrimps which was disappointing. Overall the food needs more flavor especially for the price.

Never receivd the sauces I ask for, so I called to see what I need to do to get them in the future. This was the 3rd time in a row. The girl that answered the phone was rude and told me it was not their responsibility. It was the person's who was delivering the food. I asked to speak to a manager first and the only thing she said was " is there a problem" and would not let me speak to anyone.

In all that time my order has always been correct, always been consistent, and the owners who operate the restaurant have been polite and happy to accommodate any special requests.
