Placed an order for pickup. I did not get a greeting to say, “I’ll be with you shortly.” while waiting to pay. The food I ordered was the, “Grand Slam”-2 scramble eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 Berry pancakes, and hash browns. The food was over cooked. The pancake had a bad odor and taste as it was burned on edges. The hash browns were burnt black and eggs tasted fake with no cheese. Oh and the bacon had a lot of fat/ grizzle pieces.
