My blackened shrimp tacos had so much seasoning as to be inedible. We complained to the server who said "sometimes that happens". They should have removed them from the bill, but didn't, even thought I left them uneaten. We won't be back.

The Boston-zone is always a solid order! We've never had a bad meal or experience. Love the atmosphere! The staff is always super attentive. My top recommendation for dinner, lunch or a drink in Salem!

This place is a fantastic find as we traveled south. I've pinned it to our next trip south so that we can experience something new next visit. The food and craft beer were spot on. Can't wait for our next visit!Parking: Plan ahead, they get busy during the dinner rush. It's still well worth the wait. Your not going to find any better for at least a hundred miles.
The food and service are always worth the visit. This restaurant has been around for many years and is part of the community. With the wide variety of options available it's hard to decide. Many people love the calzones but my favorite is the Salem Salad. The salad is fresh and I like it with a creamy ranch dressing. And my husband made the trophy case in the lobby that holds the many awards that the restaurant and owner, Bob Rotanz has won.

Food was decent but the price for a draft beer is OUTRAGEOUS. Most every other restaurant in town sells draft beer for 1-3 dollars less than this place. With those prices I will most likely not return.
If you have a chance to stop by and try the calzone, they are delicious. Also, come with an appetite and a friend because they are gigantic.

This is a decently sized restaurant featuring a menu with a wide variety of dishes from Taco salad and pizza to fish and French dips. The portions are quite large, so plan to split a meal with a friend or take leftovers home. There was a local baseball team player being interviewed in the lobby section when we were trying to leave, which was interesting. You don't run into that in a restaurant usually. Maybe here it's normal? Anyway, I split a Caesar salad, which was good. The parking lot seems to stay packed, but don't let that deter you because we were seated quickly. The booths are pretty long, so dining with friends and family will be easy to accommodate. There is a parking booth where you stop and get a ticket for validation by the restaurant, and don't forget to hand that back to the booth attendee upon leaving.Parking: Parking is free in the lot. Just make sure you get a ticket and have the restaurant validate it.
