This place is not great! The fire for the barbecue was too low, and then there was no Wi-Fi signal and no food was served. The six of us waited for a long time and were told that it was only two hours. The waiter came over and turned down the fire. We were all unhappy! Won’t come next time!

Love this place, beat kbbq AND hot pot in the dmv. Love having the best if both worlds. Service is exceptional, orders come out fast and we ordered so much. The food is so flavorful, and much more options than other spots I've been to. And the prices are incredible. And the pictures online don't do it justice I thought I was coming to a hole in the wall but the atmosphere is so lovely and modern inside. Seriously. Check it out.

If you enjoy Chinese sauces and flavors, this place would be a good choice.However, as a Korean, I found that it lacked the authentic Korean BBQ and hot pot experience, as the flavors were not Korean at all. I'm puzzled why it's named KpotPeople are friendly and nice.
I want to thank ms.Merina who took care of us at kpot. What a wow service. Literally above and beyond. First time there what a wonderful experience. Marina explained how we order. It was seamless. The food is soooo good and high quality. Looking forward visiting again. Thank you Merina for a wonderful service ❤️ ?

I do not recommend this restaurant. Went here once for a company party. Was satisfied so brought my family this time. It was a disaster. We were seated at the back of the restaurant which we thought was okay. My first order was not even served. I did not see my server more than 10 times from the beginning to the end of the meal. We were late but not an hour before the end of the shift. We were not even served in the last 15 minutes before the end of the meal. Our grill pans were not replaced which was ridiculous. Will not be back!

This place wasn’t bad but I definitely feel I’ve been to better. I needed salt and there wasn’t any at the sauce bar (empty container) I asked a girl (who I think her name is Gwen) as she walked by and quickly dismissed me with a “it’s at the sauce bar” and turned around so quickly. She looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. I said- it’s not there, she turned around and said ok and maybe a minute later she comes back and says- it’s there now. She looked extremely annoyed, gave the whole table awful looks, ignored us constantly, wouldn’t even look in the direction on our table. She would check on other tables near us but never look in our direction at all. Give other tables water but never looked in our direction. It felt very uncomfortable. The portions are small, and even when you order something the chances of you getting it are slim. Especially if you order a lot of different items. Sometimes you have re-order items in hopes you’ll get it atleast once. My server Francis was very nice, just felt it wasn’t worth the money personally, having bad customer service probably added to why I felt it wasn’t worth it in my opinion.
